You certainly need to be smart, adventurous and very hard-working. And a bit of stubborn determination doesn’t hurt either because, on the IGP, it’s often a case of ‘sink or swim’. But in a good way. Being exposed to many projects, in a variety of roles, over a short period of time meant an accelerated accumulation of experience. It wasn’t always easy, but the reward was a great deal of independence and responsibility working at the very forefront of exploration.

The impact the IGP experience has had on me goes way beyond professional growth alone.
