• Concrete City was founded in 1987 by Mr. R. P. Padayachy whom has 45 years experience in Moulding and Designing ofPrecast concrete.

• We boast skilled and experienced staff in both, moulding and manufacturing departments. Our technical sales team will gladly assist you with architectural and domestic requirements. We have successfully matched existing designs and is eager to challenge custom designs. Our product range is expanding annually due to our innovative design and moulding department and proud to mention the valued input from reputable architects in and around South Africa.

Office hours - Mon – Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm Sat – 8.00am to 1.00pm

Delivery - A delivery fee will be levied.

Delivery is to site ground level within 3 meters of roadway.

Concrete City is not liable for damage of property however so caused.

Collections - Before 4pm please.

Returns - goods correctly supplied will incur a 20% handling charge. Goods specially manufactured are not

returnable for credit.

Orders - Please order in good time for goods are usually made to order. An 805 deposit required for specially

manufactured goods.

For Specially Manufactured Goods

1) An 80% deposit required upon confirmation of order.

2) Production of order will only commence once order has been confirmed.

3) Goods specially manufactured are not returnable for credit.

4) No refund on deposit, should order be cancelled.

5) Customer is liable for full settlement, should order be cancelled once production has commenced.

6) Any period or date quoted for COMPLETION, represents the best estimate.

7) No responsibility shall attach itself to the SELLER, for any delay whatsoever.

8) Balance of payment on completion of order, before DELIVERY / COLLECTION of goods.

9) Delivery of goods will not be left on site, when payment is not available.

10) Where re-delivery is required, delivery will be recharged for.

* Models and Moulds remain the property of CONCRETE CITY C.C.

Terms and conditions

CONDITIONS OF SALEUnless otherwise agreed to in writing, all amounts owing to the seller shall be payable immediately upon date of delivery of goods to the purchaser.

The Seller does not give any WARRANTY or GUARANTEE in respect of the goods. The seller does not hold itself responsible or liable for goods

damaged while in transit from the seller's premises to the purchaser's destination. i.e. in the event where the purchaser uses his own transport.

Although the seller shall not be obliged to accept the return of any goods as per order, the purchaser shall be liable for a 20% handling charge,

calculated on the invoice value of the goods in the event of the seller being prepared to accept the return of such goods, furthermore, the seller should

be advised of the return of such goods timorously.

The purchaser do hereby specifically warrant that the person accepting delivery of the goods on his behalf is duly authorised to do so.

The seller shall not hold itself responsible for any accident or injuries to any person or persons while our products are being installed or erected.

The close corporation hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the magistrate's court in respect of any action arising from the sale of goods.

Quotations are valid for 60 days only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any period or date quoted for completion represents the best estimate. No responsibility shall attach itself to the seller for any delay whatsoever.

The seller reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue amount.

The purchaser is responsible for determining that quantities ordered are correct. Any advice given by the seller in this regard is given as a guide only.

Should the purchaser be in breach of one or more of the terms and conditions hereof, and including but not restricted to failure or refusal to accept any

work done or delivery of any goods ordered or to make any payment on the due date, the seller shall be entitled inter alia:

a) At its option, to declare the full balance due and payable by the purchaser and institute proceedings for recovery without notice.

b) To enter the purchaser's premises in order to recover possession of the goods without being obliged to obtain a court order for such repossession.

c) Without prejudice to its right upon 7 days notice to the purchaser, to claim cancellation of the contract, forfeiture of any moneys paid and return of the

goods delivered in default of payment concerned.

Should the seller institute any action against the purchaser, the purchaser shall be liable to pay all the sellers costs, inclusive of collection commission

and fees paid to tracing agents and attorneys fees. These amounts shall be payable to the seller on demand. The purchaser hereby consents to the

jurisdiction of the magistrates court in respect of all actions which may be instituted against the purchaser by the seller, notwithstanding that the amount

or issue in dispute exceeds their jurisdiction. The seller shall nevertheless in its discretion be entitled to proceeding any supreme court or competent

jurisdiction.

Under no circumstances may any of our products be copied in any way.
