The Congress will open at 09.30 on Tuesday 22 March 2011. Delegates are requested to collect their voting cards (each member association is entitled to one vote) at the entrance to the Congress hall as from 08.30, but by 09.15 at the latest.

L’ouverture du Congrès est fixée au mardi 22 mars 2011 à 9h30. Les délégués sont invités à retirer leurs bulletins de vote (une voix par association membre) à partir de 8h30, mais au plus tard à 9h15, à l’entrée de la salle du Congrès.

Der Kongress wird am Dienstag, 22. März 2011 um 09.30 Uhr eröffnet. Die Delegierten werden gebeten, ihre Stimmkarten (jeder Mitgliedsverband hat eine Stimme) ab 8.30 Uhr, jedoch nicht später als 9.15 Uhr, am Eingang der Kongresshalle abzuholen.
