With lineTEC for pipe renovation without digging, the Vereinigte Filzfabriken AG offers a certifi ed hose liner system for economic and quick restoration of damaged sewage pipes. More than 20 years of experience make us the expert partner for reliable and professional renovation. An extensive hose programme on the basis of high-quality needle felting and precisely aligned resins form the main components for this.

Preventive measures are desirable. But complex line systems and limited resources are against it. And this is where acting pays off: That means to renovate in the early stages, so that the pipes remain intact for good.

The lineTEC hose programme is an entire product line of different types of hoses for renovating pipework in the range from 50 mm to 1500 mm. Numerous designs are standard products and can usually be delivered ex works. Furthermore, hoses can be manufactured in special designs individually adjusted to customer requirements.

lineTEC SP-liner is the solution for modern and cost-effective sewer renovation. Multiple coatings made of PU and PP provide convenient installation as well as – adjusted to different curing methods – suffi cient reserves when it comes to durability.

lineTEC ProFlex is a highly tensile liner hose with PU coating. It is the house connection liner for diffi cult renovations, e.g. with bends of up to 90°. The hose adapts to the old pipe perfectly and thereby bridges up to two dimension offsets. Special versions in the house connection range:

lineTEC Cap are caps for renovating side inlets. Made of polyester needle felt, optionally with or without PU coating. Available in two different strengths and angular offsets.

lineTEC resins are high-quality two-component epoxy resins – with different reaction rates – particularly adjusted to the properties of our lineTEC liners. They provide excellent statics and adhesion values as well as fi ne resistance to chemicals. Epoxy resins have hardly any shrinkage and are styrene-free and solvent-free. The combination with our liner programme provides the optimum system solution – no interfaces – no user verifi cation.

A hose (fi breglass, felt) soaked in resin is inserted into the cleaned pipe by retraction or inversion: In the retraction method, the hose sealed in the front is retracted into the sewer using winch and pulling rope. In the inversion method, the hose turned inside out and is cured with warm water or steam. The hose precisely clings to the old pipe. Junctions sealed by the hose are milled open via robot and then clad with cap collars. The renovation is usually made via existing ducts. This measure generally takes only a few hours.
