Wholesale orders can be placed via email at [email protected]. The minimum order is 275 € ex VAT. Please provide us with your Tax ID and website information.

International orders must be prepaid within 10 days from the date of the invoice. Prices are subject to

change without prior notice.

SHIPPING

Please allow 3 to 4 business days to prepare your order. Turnaround may vary depending on

availability or volume. Expected delivery times will be communicated at the time of the order.

Shipping confirmation will be sent via email. All parcels will ship with Correos, Spanish national

mail service unless otherwise requested.

Shipping and handling costs are in addition to listed prices and will be based on weight.

Be assured that we always calculate the carriage price as efficiently as possible. Taxes and

custom fees may apply at the time of delivery. OCTAEVO is not responsible for these charges.

For time sensitive orders, expedited shipping is available at additional cost.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted by phone or email within one week of

delivery. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original package.

A refund will be issued after we have received the merchandise. Shipping costs are not refunded.
