We are all going through an era of chaos and confusion. The world is facing the

problems of hunger, poverty and terrorism in its dierent parts. The countries of the

world with resources and power are not extending any help to the poor and

backward countries in solving their problems. Instead, they nd new and novel

excuses to manipulate and control their resources unlawfully. nder the pretext of

the so called war on terrorism, they have destroyed the peace and harmony in Ira!and "fghanistan, and are now engaged in doing the same in the #iddle $ast. It

seems evident that the world is on the verge of a third world war%
