The Mercy Guild of Mount Saint Mary Academy

Welcomes you to

BROADWAY LIGHTS! Luncheon Fashion Show and Basket Raffle

April 21, 2013

Another opening, another show…

The Mercy Guild of Mount Mary Academy is excited to welcome families,

friends, alumnae and staff to Broadway Lights! We hope you have a

spectacular day visiting with friends, admiring the fashions, celebrating the

accomplishments of our senior girls and maybe even winning one of our fantastic

prizes.

Under the direction of the Mercy Guild Vice Presidents Denise Lang and Sharon

Colucci, our cast and crew of wonderful volunteers have worked tirelessly

behind the scenes to ensure a smooth production. They oversaw all the

committees that made today possible, coordinating the efforts of our many

volunteers. I would like to thank all the volunteers who contributed to this

event, preparing the invitations, tracking reservations, selling tickets, donating

prizes, wrapping and transporting baskets, soliciting ads and prizes, creating the

program, making the decorations and coordinating the models and fashions.

Special thanks to Sr. Lisa Gambacorto, Mrs. Karen Calta, Mrs. Pat Penncavage

and Mrs. Lisa Johnston for their constant support of the Mercy Guild.

We are blessed as families to have our daughters attend Mount Saint Mary

Academy, and it is an honor and a privilege to work to further assist the Mount

with its mission. Mount Saint Mary Academy is an exceptional college

preparatory school which strives to infuse the Mercy Core Values of Justice,

Respect, Integrity, Compassion and Service with high academic standards,

superior facilities, cutting edge technology and a vast array of extra-curricular

activities. The Mount allows our daughters to learn and grow in a supportive

environment, rooted in tradition but with an eye toward the future. With your

support the Mount will continue to graduate young women, firm in their faith,

empowered to go out into the world and make a difference.

Now on with the show!

Prize Ticket Pulling Procedure

Yellow, Blue & Gold

Prize tickets will be pulled and announced on the

premises during today’s event. The winning number will be

called three (3) times. It will be called twice and if it

remains unclaimed it will be placed at the bottom of the winners

for that color prize and recalled at the end. If the prize still re-

mains unclaimed, a new winning ticket will be pulled.

The room is large and can be noisy. Please do your best to

pay attention to the numbers as they are called so the distribution

of prizes can proceed as quickly as possible. If you need to leave

the room, please consider giving your tickets to someone to

watch for you. Mount Saint Mary Academy is not responsible

for unclaimed prizes.

Prize Ticket Pulling Procedure White

For today’s raffle the white prize winners will be pre-

pulled. During the program, your table will receive a list of the

white prizes and their corresponding winning ticket numbers.

We ask that you review the prize sheet and check your white

tickets to see if you are a winner. If so, please write your name

and table number on the back of your winning white ticket stub

and then raise your table wand indicating that your table has a

winner. One of our “Mounties” will collect your winning ticket

and retrieve your prize. Thank you in advance for your

patience as we deliver the prizes.
