Dreamsoftech will be a consulting company specializing in managing businesses of Corporate Startups and providing high-technology services in international markets. The company offers high-tech reliable staff, High-quality services for business development towards success and market Development through social media and documentation. Dreamsoftech has been registered with SECP as a Pakistani corporation based in capital city Islamabad, owned and governed by its principal partners and operators. The initial office is established in Islamabad, the hub of Pakistani industry. Within the Pakistan and abroad we plan to focus on implementing solutions at enterprise level offered by large manufacturer corporations such as Cisco, IBM & Microsoft. One of Acme's challenges of Dreamsoftech will be establishing itself as a consulting company, positioned as a risk-free corporate entity. Company competition comes in several forms, the most significant being companies that choose to do business development and market research in-house. There are also large, well known management consulting firms’ examples such as Kinverg, Goddas international, etc. These companies are generalist in nature and do not focus on a niche market. Furthermore, they are often hampered by a flawed organizational structure that does not provide the most experienced people for the client's projects. Another competitor in the various market research companies, such as Aye zee group and Enerpool firm. Dreamsoftech advantage over such companies is that company provides high level consulting to help integrate market research data with the company’s goal. Also Dreamsoftech helps achieve business strategic goals. Dreamsoftech will be priced at the upper edge of what the market will bear, competing with the name-brand consultants. The pricing fits with the general positioning of Dreamsoftech as placed in the corporate market.Sales estimates project revenues of approximately Rs1000000 in the first year, and Rs5000000 by year 3.The company's founders are consultants bringing diversified experience in domains of Business, Management, Human Resources, Information Technology striving to provide enterprise solutions, and market research in international markets.
