HIGH-PRESSURE DRAIN OR PIPE bLASTINGHigh-pressure drain cleaning equipment uses machinery and water to combat blocked and slow running drains. The specialised equipment provides the solution to general blocked drains, root intrusion, fatty build ups in pipelines and fat/grease trap problems of all sizes. Drain jetting is also used for drain and storm water maintenance and should be done annually or biannually on a property to ensure free flowing drains. The equipment is also used for blocked toilets,basins, baths and sinks, when lines block up from soap and hair.

Our drain cleaning equipment is also used for general gutter cleaning and clearing of storm water full bores and down pipes.

PNEUmATIC DRAIN CLEANINGOur pneumatic drain cleaning equipment can easily remove roots, calcite, mortar and cement from pipes. This cutter can even reinstate pipes that have been lined over. Our cutters run approx. 28,000 rpm and have cameras attached to a manifold, located in front of the blades, to give our technicians the ability to watch while they cut. With our cutter, all of the cutting force is focused at the center of the pipe.

We offer 24/7 365 emergency plumbing, renovation and maintenance services. From leaking taps and toilets, to geyser replacements, grey water systems and rerouting of any pipe work, we handle cast iron stack replacements and new drain laying if required – all our work is certified and installed to the highest health and safety standards.

We offer hotels, restaurants and commercial kitchens maintenance schedules to keep their fat traps free flowing and all waste is disposed of safely and in accordance to the citys by-laws. Farmers also benefit from our services as we pump out and clean septic tanks.

PIPE LOCATIONOften the exact position of pipes and cables is unknown due to inaccurate or non existent network plans. In order to carry out precise leak detections and to avoid damage to utilities and operators during excavations, it is essential to know the precise position of all services. In some cases, inspection cameras need to be traced to record their exact location. Our pipe location equipment uses transmitters which are capable of emitting many active frequencies that offers many advantages in difficult locating situations. We use ground penetrating radar, if required, as well as tracer reels to even find non metallic lines and systems.

Advanced CCTV camera technology and inspections

Our advanced CCTV camera technology lets us get a detailed internal view of all drains, pipes and sewers. The CCTV pipeline inspections are completed on pipes of various sizes.

Water damage can happen in an instant and the resulting damages could be crippling.Speedy water extraction and dehumidification of carpets and other substrates will reduce the impact of these damages dramatically.

Our 24-hour emergency teams are fully equipped and are able to respond to water damage ranging from burst geysers to storm water flooding.

This technology allows us to point out structural problems within pipelines, which assists in finding the most cost effective method of repair.
