Job Redesign (JR)– Up to $300,000
Work-Life Grant– Up to $160,000
On-the-Job Training Allowance– Up to $50,000
New Hire Retention Incentive (NHRI+) – Up to $50,000 Mentorship Allowance - $100 per mentee

What WorkPro Covers
Support for acquiring capabilities to adopt good age management practices
Support redesigning of jobs or work processes for mature workers and back-to-work locals
Support the implementation of work-life strategies, especially flexible work arrangements to improve work-life harmony Support the recruitment and retention of mature works and back-to-work locals
* Companies must tap on any of the three WorkPlace Improvement and job redesign grants to be eligible for NHRI.
