West Coast Express customers, it’s time to get your Compass Card!
Starting on June 8, Compass Cards will be
available from Compass teams at Waterfront
Station, at the West Coast Express Office, and
the Compass Customer Service Centre.
Once you have your card, load it online, by
phone, at a Compass Vending Machine* or in
person at one of our locations (see reverse for
details). You are ready to join the 100,000
other customers tapping across the system.
*Note: Compass Vending Machines will start
appearing June 8 at West Coast Express
stations; these machines will not dispense
Compass Cards at this time, but can be used to
purchase a ticket and load Compass products
onto your card.

Compass is a new way to use transitThe arrival of Compass is just around the corner, and with it comes many benefits – to the system, to the region, and to you. To experience all the advantages of Compass, it’s important that you know what changes to expect, and that you understand all of your options.
As a Compass customer, you’ll be among the first to enjoy:

With card registration, you can set automatic top-ups or pass renewals so you will never have to worry about forgetting to top up.
Balance Protection †
With card registration, your funds are protected, even if your card is lost or stolen.
And what about... Transfers?West Coast Express tickets and passes will continue to transfer across the system – but with your Compass Card, the overall experience will be seamless. The system will charge you according to where you start and finish your journey so remember to tap in and out.
Parking? It will continue to be sold at Compass Vending Machines.
West Coast Express Fares under CompassWith Compass, Monthly Passes will replace 28-Day Passes, and Return Passes and Stored Value will replace Weekly Passes. Please also note that the last day Central Fraser Valley “Valley Max” transfers and passes will be accepted on West Coast Express is June 5.
