Our Quality Assurance Program At WBB, Quality Comes Standard. Our proven Quality Assurance Program is a set of processes that are integral to measuring, assessing, and providing feedback to improve our service delivery. Our independent Quality Manager is responsible for establishing and measuring quality levels and communicating them to Task Order (TO) Managers to ensure our quality management processes
are used and our Quality Control Plan (QCP) is being executed. Our overarching QCP is focused on proactively preventing errors from occurring rather than correcting defects after the fact.
