Things to consider
National Apprenticeship Service
What Apprenticeships and/or other qualifications are currently being delivered across your business?
What business areas could benefit from Apprenticeships? Are there specific job roles you would like to support through
Apprenticeships? What different levels of Apprenticeship would you like to deliver? Could you use Apprenticeships to solve a problem? What are the demographics of your company and could
Apprenticeships help to bring young people into the business? How many apprentices would you like to employ? Consider short,
medium and longer term ambitions. The current pay structures and where apprentices would fit within this.
