Dear Mr. Seltz:

At your request, I have reviewed the materials you provided regarding Waukesha Police Departments denial of records. I find no wrongdoing on the part of the Waukesha Police Department. Captain Oremus responded in a timely fashion to all of your requests. Captain Oremus provided you with specific reasons for denying some requests. Furthermore, he applied the appropriate balancing test and concluded the harm caused would outweigh the public interest in release. I see no reason to overcome that conclusion.

Therefore, I am declining to take any further action at this time.
