A: Waterwall windows have several uses, including:

Waterwall Window Machine Operation

Set-Up:

1. Tack weld selected length of track to tube wall.

2. Attach machine to track.

3. Connect air supply to motor.

4. Begin Cut by running machine forward to preset depth.

5. Withdraw machine and slide to next cut or remove and attach to another track.

Virtually No Chip Entry!

Our machine leaves a “web” in the waterwall, which results in very minimal chip entry into the waterwall tube.

Easy Weld Preparation!

After penetration is complete, simply remove the “web” using pliers and debur the inside edge. The window is ready for inspection or repair work!
