Gaspard Manesse, Raphael Fejtö, Francine Racette An autobiographical film written and directed by Louis Malle. It is Nazi-France 1944 and three boys join a Catholic boarding school. One of which is a rival to Louis but then they become best friends sharing a secret. However a visit from the Nazis causes the secret to be revealed with tragic consequences.
