3.0 Technical Details

1. WaterGEMS latest edition. 2. Hosted/ deployed SELECT Server/ Internet activated license (product only) as the License

management tool. 3. Interface: MicroStation, AutoCAD, ArcGIS & Standalone. 4. Till the client is under SELECT Subscription, the license will on Pool and Trust basis in the

LAN. If after one year, the client is not willing to renew the SELECT subscription, then the Pool and Trust based license will be converted into nodelock based license and will be in work on the machines as per the quantity as of no. of software’s procured. The SELECT Subscription can be renewed by paying the SELECT Subscription fees every year.

5. You may purchase only product and not SELECT, if you don’t need any technical assistance and SELECT benefits from Bentley Systems. In this case, we provide material guarantee and no support. Please visit the SELECT Subscription URL mentioned above.

Technical Requirements:

TRAINING:

1. The training will be conducted at any of your office locations. We will require hardware like PC’s in

LAN, Overhead/ LCD projector with the PC’s to be made available in a dedicated room/ conference hall. The training software will be installed by Bentley executive.

2. Timings for training will be 9.30am till 5.30pm, or appropriate timings can be worked out. Training dates will mutually decided upon between client’s concerned executive and Bentley resource on weekdays (Mon-Fri) only.

3. Training manuals will be provided to the engineers. Transcripts will be issued to the users which contains login and password for continuous online learning and handholding. Soft certificates will be issued which you may print at your end. The login details are for the clients who are under SELECT Subscription.

Details –WaterGEMS Easy-to-use hydraulic modeling and design solution for water distribution systems.

It features advanced interoperability, model building, optimization, and asset management tools. WaterGEMS runs on your choice of four platforms (stand alone, Microstation, AutoCAD, or ArcGIS). From fire-flow and constituent-concentration analyses, to energy-consumption and capital-cost management, WaterGEMS helps engineers and utilities analyze, design, and optimize water distribution systems. 4.0 Terms and Conditions

1. Taxes: The applicable taxes are 10.3% Excise Duty on Product Cost and 5% CST on Total Product Cost (Product Cost+ Excise Duty). Service Tax of 10.3% is applicable on SELECT Subscription and training. The Local Taxes i.e. Octroi etc, if applicable is to be paid by you and as on actual.

2. SELECT document to be signed and stamped on first page and countersigned on remaining

pages, in duplicate. One to be retained by Bentley and another to be handover to end user for their records. This is must for clients opting SELECT Subscription.

3. All the assets at the site must be covered under Bentley Select Subscription and select period for new licenses have to be synchronized with the current running select.

4. Payment: 100% Advance payment in favor of Bentley Systems India Pvt. Limited, payable at par

at New Delhi along with Purchase order.

5. Please release the purchase order on: Bentley Systems India Private Limited. 203, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III, New Delhi – 110 020, INDIA Tel: +91-11-41614122-27, Fax: +91-11-41614128 And send to Bentley Systems Mumbai office address for further processing.

6. Delivery: Within 3-4 Weeks after the techno-commercially clear Purchase Order. 7. Validity: This proposal is Valid till 28

th March 2011.

8. Checklist while releasing the Purchase Order:

Please mention the end user name, their postal address with pincode, contact person’s name and designation, tele no and his email id.

SELECT Agreement signed and stamped on first page and countersigned on remaining pages in duplicate (two copies).

The applicable taxes and Octroi applicability details well mentioned.
