APPLICATION OF GRAMICID

SURFACEDISINFECTION

Gramicid can be used for disinfecting the tanks, manufacturing equipments,pipelines and containers @ 0.5% to 1%, contact time 2 to 5 min.

FLOOR & WALLSMopping of floors & walls @ 0.5% to 1% conc.Contact time 5 minutes.

INDOOR AIRQUALITY (IAQ)

The dosage should be strictly 3% to 5%. One Littre solution(containing 1000ml DM / Distilled water & 30ml Gramicid) isadequate 1500 cu. Feet area by use of ultra Low Volume Sprayer(Please use 100% plastic / S.S. made fogger).

FILTERSTERLIZATION

Inclusive of R. O. Plants, D.M. Plants, Sand,& Cartridge @ 200ppm to 500ppm conc. Contact time 15-30 minutes.

WATERDISINFECTION

Gramicid when added to raw water @ 20ppm to 10ppm makes waterdisinfected. The Gramicid treated water should then be passed through R.O.Plant or D. M. Plant. Contact time 15-30 minutes.

GENERALDISINFECTION

Gramicid can be used for hand, feet, and Gloves disinfection @ 0.1%Contact time 1-2 minutes. Rubber & plastic sleeper 1% conc.Contact time 30 minutes.

NOTE: Make solution of Gramicid in DM water only. Use rubber handgloves while handlingthe product

GRAMICID-C(BIOCIDE)

GRAMICID - C is a multi component,Biocidal product, which is performing multiple functions at the same time.Gramicid-C is Biocidal, Fungicidal, Algaecidal & prevents biofilming.It reduces power consumption by increasing efficiency of the system. It works as a biocide to prevent all forms of water contaminations. Thus, as an algaecideit facilitates optimum heat transfer, preventsbio-corrosion and energy loss.It is totally ecofriendly & Biodegradable.

GRAMICID-25(ANTISCALANT)

Gramicid - 25 is a combination of latest Antiscalent, Dispersants & Corrosion Inhibitor used for Cooling tower water treatment.Gramicid-25 is used in Prevention of corrosion, Scales and non-biological fouling by a single chemical. It works as an ANTISCALANT and CORROSION INHIBITOR. It Affords multimetal protection.It has Excellent control of carbonate, silicates, sulphate & iron fouling. Gramicid - 25 has excellent thermal &hydrolytic stability.

GRAMICID-17(DESCALANT)

Gramicid -17 is complex formulation of a powerful descaling agent, a surfactant and corrosion inhibitor compound.Gramicid-17 is used as Descalant for scales removal from Cooling Towers, Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Etc.Offers uniform descaling. It is ideally suited for removal of scales from Cooling Towers, Boilers, Coils, Heat exchangers, Chillers and a wide range of heating and cooling systems.

GRAMICID-22[Scale Inhibitor, Oxygen Scavenger, pH Booster]:GRAMICID-22 is Filmimg Amine based chemical. It Works as a sludge conditioner, scale inhibitor, oxygen scavenger for boilers. It is a combination of Polyamine film forming compound, Neutralizing Amine, Alkalising Amine, Complexingagent, Oxygen Scavenger & Dispersing Agent. prevent the contact of metal surface with Oxygen, Carbon Di- oxide, Corrosion products & scale making ion. It contains all volatile compounds which permit to operate the boiler water on high COC. Thus it helps to reduce the quantity of blow down of drum water & save energy.

It also maintain the alkalinity of the Boiler Water.

GRAMICID-101:Gramicid -101 is designed to inhibit inorganic scaleformation in the membrane separation system.

GRAMICID-102:Gramicid -102 is designed to inhibit scaleformation in the membrane separation system,specially designed for silica control.

GRAMICID-101 controls inorganic scales of elementscommonly in surface, ground and sea water. It is a liquidantiscalant & antifoulant for reverse osmosis systems. Continuous use of Gramicid-101 reduces membrane-scalingtendencies thereby giving sustained performance for a longertime and reducing unscheduled shutdowns and cleaning costs.GRAMICID-101 specifically used under stressed conditions,due to its excellent tolerance to high levels of calcium.

GRAMICID-102

GRAMICID-102 is a highly effective liquid antiscalent,specially formulated for feed water with higher levels of silica andmetal oxides.It works as an antiscalant & antifoulant for reverseosmosis systems. It is specially formulated for Silica inhibition. It controls silica scales and fouling due to metal oxide therebygiving sustained performance for a longer time and reducingunscheduled shutdowns and cleaning costs.

GRAMICID-121:Gramicid -121 is specially used as an alkalinebase cleaner for RO membrane.

GRAMICID-121 works as an alkaline base cleaner for ROmembrane. GRAMICID-121 is specially formulated blend of cleaners forremoval of carbonate, metal oxide and sulfate scales of Barium,Strontium and Calcium in reverse osmosis systems. Barium sulfate scales once formed are extremely difficult toremove. GRAMICID-121 effectively removes these scales and alsosulfate scales of Strontium & Calcium. It also removes Organic and Dead Biological matter.

GRAMICID-122

GRAMICID-122 works as an acid base cleaner for ROmembrane. GRAMICID-122 is a specially formulated blend of cleaners forthe effective removal of carbonate, metal Hydroxides and sulfatescales of Barium, Strontium and Calcium in reverse osmosissystems. Barium sulfate scales once formed are extremely difficult toremove. GRAMICID-122 effectively removes these scales and alsosulfate scales of Strontium & Calcium. It also removes Organic and Dead Biological matter.

FUEL ADDITIVE

CHEMTOL:Chemtol works as a catalyst to improveburning efficiency of Fuel ( F.O. ,LDO, Dieseletc. ) With Green Burnt Technology.Chemtol is a concentrated combustionimprover for heavy fuel oils. It has also fuel-conditioning properties.It Improves Combustion, ReducesCarbon/Ash Deposit, Limits soot formationand smoke emission, Extend service life ofengine components etc.
