Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant

Disinfection and remove color of water in Drinking water and waste water

treatment Plants.

Especially for livestock industries Bacterial contamination in water is a major

concern in the livestock industry. Even small amounts of Salmonella,

Campylobacter, and other microorganisms can cause widespread illness after an

infected product enters the market. Because of this, there are many guidelines

and procedures in place to minimize potential contamination. Ozone is

generated on site and on demand to neutralize (oxidise) all micro-organisms,

viruses, bacteria, fungi and kills impurities and odours in the air and water.

Because of its reactivity, it is a very effective sanitizing agent, killing a larger

percentage of microorganisms than other common disinfectants such as

chlorine and formaldehyde. Ozone destroys pollutants 3200 times faster

than traditional oxidants like chlorine with no harmful by-products.

WATER TREATMENT

Demineralized (DM) Water Treatment Plant

We are providing supreme quality Demineralization Plant that is extensively

demanded in the industries. In this, raw water is passed via two small polystyrene

bead filled beds. While the cations are exchanged with hydrogen ions in first bed,

the anions are exchanged with hydroxyl ions, in the second one. Here, ion

exchange is a rapid and reversible process in which impurity ions present in the

water are replaced by ions released by an ion-exchange resin. A demineralization

water system produces mineral free water by operating on the principles of ion

exchange, degasification and polishing.

Applications: Boiler feed water, Chemical Industries, Pharmaceutical Industries,

Fertilizer Industries, Battery Application, steam, power, process, and cooling.

Water Softening Plant

We use the proven process to remove the hardness in water without altering or

affecting the pH, alkalinity and conductivity of the water. Calcium and magnesium

are the main elements, which cause both temporary and permanent hardness in

water. Our calcium and magnesium hard water softeners are highly demanded by

clients to remove hardness from the water.

Hardness corrodes the pipelines and fittings, induces scaling and bacterial

growth. When the impurities exceed the permissible limit (of less than 150

ppm), the water is not potable. Our softeners use 100 % corrosion resistant

FRP tanks, MSEP/MSRL housings and user-friendly multiport valve system to

ensure easy operation.
