This cargo ship is a good example of a hull shape used to carry a large load of cargo. It is designed to sink down in the water to the red line shown.10Container ShipsCarry large containers packed with products. The container are lifted on and off the ship by cranes. On land, the containers are place onto rail system or transported by truck.

These ships can transport 100s of containers over long ocean journeys relatively cheaply
