Supplies:-Straight edge or ruler-Scissors-Roller tape adhesive-Paper clip

STEP 3: Fold dimensional.

STEP 5: Insert the slot-on parts into the base fold.

STEP 7: Place tape adhesive on the back side along the outer edge of the base fold.

STEP 2 Fold and cut out

all the parts.

STEP 4 Assemble slot-on parts.

STEP 6 Fold the cover.

STEP 8 Press the base fold and

cover firmly togetherto secure.
