Following are the information provided as per your requested queries:

Queries Reply01. All facilities must perform essentially

the same type of activities; productfrom similar process with the similar risk profile

General considering all are facilities are performingsame type of

- Activities- Product from similar process(our HACCP Systemis not product based rather process basedapproach due to multiple product)

02. All facilities must function under asingle, centrally controlledmanagement system;

HACCP – food safety system are controlled andmanaged centrally as well as from site/location.

03. The internal audit program musteffectively cover all sites

Comprehensive Internal audit programs are applicablefor most of the major projects but all locations aresubjected to periodical scheduled inspection forHygiene and sanitary conditions and facility orinfrastructural improvement requirement.

04. Internal Audits and ManagementReview must be centrally managed

Both internal audits and management review meetingsare centrally managed.Management Review meetings(MRM) are conducted atleast every 6 months for major projects.The following points are taken into consideration duringmanagement review :

- Audit results- Customer feedbacks- Major non-conformities- Status of preventive and corrective action- Follow up actions from previous MRM

- Major changes in operation process which mayaffect food safety system- Trend in food safety system

05. The multi-site sampling plan is notallowed for high-risk products and in acountry where regulatoryrequirements require GMP/HACCPfor each single operation or servicesite.

Kindly advise us regarding this point as I am not quitesure about the regulatory requirements in KSAregarding GMP/HACCP for each single operation or service site.

Could you please provide us a decent price estimates and quotations

Should you have any queries please feel free to contact me. Thanking you and best regards,

Dear Mr.Julian,

I have been checking with our Technical advisors on the possibilities of sampling the sites and issuingcertificate for the total of Eastern province for you, and his advise is as follows;

In general practice all sites covered under the scope of registration shall be audited. Sampling of multi-sites will only be allowed in the case when the following criteria are met:

• All facilities must perform essentially the same type of activities; product from similar process withthe similar risk profile.

• All facilities must function under a single, centrally controlled management system;

• The internal audit program must effectively cover all sites;

• Internal Audits and Management Review must be centrally managed

• The multi-site sampling plan is not allowed for high-risk products and in a country whereregulatory requirements require GMP/HACCP for each single operation or service site.

Kindly advise whether the conditions above are met for your system so that we will be able to give our offer as for sampling of sites.
