AutoFlush30XL

The AutoFlush 30XL is a fully automatic pumping station suitablefor pumping grey water with small solids (smaller than 5mm indiameter) to a higher level when gravity drainage is not possibleand/or economical to install.

The compact chamber is ideal for accepting waste from utilitysinks, wash basins, tea points or similar. Utilising Edincare’s‘OpenFlow’ impellor technology the pump discharges throughsmall bore pipe work for installation through busy service voidsand roof spaces.

The system consists of a sealed polyethylene chamber, internalpipe work and fittings, automatic ‘OpenFlow’ submersible pumpand solvent weld outlet connection. Installation of a low level flowallows a low level entry into the chamber.

The AutoFlush 30XL is easy to install as inlets can be drilled tosuit site requirements (inlet information to be supplied at time oforder)

MAINTENANCE

The product should be inspected every three months.

A full visual inspection should be undertaken to theproduct to assess its overall condition, this must includeall electrical and mechanical components.

In addition to the above it is important that the productundergoes regular servicing. As with all systems ofthis nature, regular maintenance is essential to ensurethe system operates at its optimum level and fulfils itsexpected lifespan. The product must be maintained atintervals of:

SITE SURVEYSWe offer no obligation On Site Surveys and Inspectionsof pumping schemes for refurbishment, installations,servicing, insurance assessment and general feasibilitystudies.

Our team of experienced Project Coordinatorswill survey your site to fully assess the specificrequirements of your pumping scheme. Our ProjectTeam will work with you to manage the process fromstart to finish.

The pumping scheme will be fully inspectedmechanically, electrically and for operational capabilitywith a full report of our findings, recommendations andquotation supplied.

PROJECT DESIGNWe offer a full in-house design service working fromeither site drawings, or where appropriate, undertakeno obligation On Site Surveys.

Our Project Team will produce a detailed technicalspecification and quotation considering all technicalparameters (application, location, flow rate, mediumtype, electrical supply plus ensure it adheres withcurrent regulations).

Our Project Coordinators are trained in all technicalaspects to ensure that the most cost effective andefficient solution is offered.

INSTALLATIONSOur services range from the installation of new controlequipment, submersible pumps through to full pumpstation refurbishments.

Customers can simply assign the responsibility forthe installation to our Project Team knowing that ourteam of experienced Project Coordinators and ServiceEngineers will complete the installation on time andwithin budget.

Upon completion a handover service is offered whereour technical representative will attend site and conductan onsite demonstration of the equipment.
