What it is, my brother

• In average suburban life style everyone has their own septic tank for waste water. In a more urban surrounding, the people use one big septic tank known as the waste water facility. The bacteria at the facilty clean the water and get rid of all the waste, then the water is clean enough to be dumped into the Puget sound!
