SHODDY MACHINES MARGASA Rag Tearing Line MASTER: 1 to 6 Cylinders, recycles any kind of textile hard waste as clips, rags, thread waste, selvages, etc. The number of drums will depend on the material to be processed and the end use of the recycled fiber. For the small production mills, we can also offer MARGASA Rag Tearing Line COMPAK: This machine is exactly working like the model MASTER but in a compack system. The control of the process is entirely automatic. The settings between the feeding groups and the pins can be done without stopping the machine. Between the shoddy machine and the Garnet machine, we can offer you SUPER AVANTCARD 1800 which can make fine openning with the quality very close to Garnet and the production like the shoddy machine. This machine can be used in four different ways: * Like a fine opener after the shoddy machine * In the spinning factories, just after the cards without avantren to minimize the waste ratio which also increases the life of the card and the frequency of changing its wires. * In the Garnet mills; putting it before the Garnet machine to increase the production or putting it before 2 cylinders of shoddy machine to make the quality as Garnet but increase the production up to 500kg/hour. * In the cotton cleaning lines as the end part for the last cleaning and carding. Carding Machines

BONINO TURBO CARD has an airlaid and carded design and can process all types of fibre including any kinds of synthetic, vegetal and natural fibre waste. Especially, it can be used for embroidery nonwovens 1/1 md/cd and cotton spunlace lines and automotive sector with vegetal fibres from 30gr/m2 to 3.000gr/m2. Output speeds vary according to the machine’s configuration, fibre type, final product and the surrounding climatic and environmental conditions. Speeds of up to 150/200 m. can be achieved with light products whereas with heavier products and fibre waste speeds range from 1 to 30 metres per minute.

MINI-CARDING SET is developed as an alternative to straygan cards, but with an efficiency of 2,5 – 3 times and 2,5 – 3 times smaller. These cards which are especially practical for the production of shetland, merinos yarns and carpet yarns, are seen as the unique heir of the straygarn cards.

COTTON CARD is designed to give an extremely high opening and carding power capable of guaranteeing a minimum of waste, maximum carding action on the fibre and optimal clothing durability. The important advantage of this card is allowing to use regenerated fibres to make yarn. By the help of the preopener cylinder of 70cm, all kinds of unopened yarn and pieces are opened and become fibre, which increases the average length of the fibre. The new version of the CC 150/70 has been equipped with a new exit unit which provides elevated working speeds while maintaining the quality level of the sliver.

Cutting machines of PIERRET For the acrylic and polyester tows and the clips, we'll be offering you high capacity cutting machines for recycling of various kinds of tangled fibres, plastic materials, glass fibres, aramid fibres ..etc.

The cutting speed varies depends on the model between 50 – 400 cuts/min. The range of cutting lengths again depending on the model and the request, vary from 6mm to 500mm. Production capasity for the G45L model, according to the material, feeding and the cutting length is 1.500kg/hr. In the CT60 model, it can reach over 10 ton/hr.

The patented "ROBOT" loader-feeder is designed to feed a cutting machine or another recycling machine and is processing bales of various size and density as well as bulk material or from boxes. Its running is fully automatic, regular and continuous: processed material may consist of fibres, tangled yarns, rags, carpets, plastic film, glass fiber...

Exposed to contact. "Exposed to contact" shall mean that the location of an object, material, nip point, or point of operation is such that a person is liable to come in contact with it in his normal course of employment.

1-shaft shredder

The effective, thousandfold proven rotor – stator cutting principle with sieve below for defining the size of piece.

Operation:The material is grabbed by the cutting rotor and is cut repeatedly at the stator until the desired size is reached and is discharged through the perforated sieve mounted under the machine.

2-shaft shredder

The proven and strong rotor-shearing cutting principle of long standing from ERDWICH, the most implemented of its kind.

Operation:The material is seized by the hooks of the knives, pulled in and cut between the knives of the two opposed shafts.

Three-shafts

Robust three-shaft technology for defined size reduction. Based on the proven rotor-shearing cutting principle of the 2-shaft technology.

Function:The material is seized by the hooks of the knives, pulled in and cut between the knives of the two opposed cutting rotors. Materials which are too voluminous are cycled by the overhead transfer shaft to the cutting

rotors below for further shredding, until the defined size of piece is reached. The size of piece is determined by perforated sieves mounted under the machine.

Granulators

Highly efficient, massive gate shears principle, in many equipment variants. For maximum performance and material-specific granulates.

Cardboard rippers

Cardboard rippers “EKZ”: For roughly shredding voluminous cardboard articles and waste consisting of corrugated cardboard. Either as a preliminary stage for subsequent continuous recycling processes or for the optimal pressing efficiency of pressing systems.

Fine ripper „FKZ“:For the defined size reduction of cardboard waste coming from production machines or automatic punches. For trouble-free vacuum extraction direct from the material output station.

Function of the fine ripper „FKZ“: The ripping rotor seizes the material and shreds it between itself and the stator bar.
