Envirotech Asia 2014 was inaugurated by Smt. Anandiben Patel(Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat) at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
Envirotech Asia envisioned with the local opportunity in Gujarat to all the exhibitors. The Focused area at the expo is on sustainable development in the field of waste water treatment, including policy interven�on, best prac�ces and state of art in sol id waste management which should be cost effec�ve. Keeping in mind, the scale of challenge and poten�al and prospects Envirotech Asia is a beginning by us towards the “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan”
Envirotech Asia hosted 105+ exhibitors from different countries. showcasing wide range of industrial so lu�on inc luding machinery , equipment 's , technology for the environment waste management & pollu�on control system, storage, and much more.
It was not only limited to Indian players, thus the show also provided an opportunity for deep interac�ons between Indian & foreign players along with the par�cipa�on of Government officials and pollu�on control boards.
In addi�on to the Exhibi�on there was a conference on Waste water treatment & recycling management; A way to sustainability to update the industry about the new and emerging innova�on in the technology to improve the waste management in the country. In the conference there were 2000+ delegates who gave their ac�ve par�cipa�on made this conference a mega conference.

Ÿ Gujarat was the first state to address hazardous
waste issue and brought about a novel concept of
common Treatment Stabiliza�on and Disposal Facility
(TSDF) for cluster of industries. Gujarat is leading in
the country for the development of TSDF sites. Out of
total 27 common TSDF sites in the country, perhaps
Gujarat is first with 8 sites amongst all other states.
Ÿ Gujarat with the proac�ve approach with industrial
mindset of people coupled with industrial friendly
policies has made leap frog in developing common
environmental infrastructure like CETP (Common
Effluent Treatment Plant), TSDF (Treatment
Stabiliza�on and Disposal Facility), common
Incinerators etc.
Waste Management Market in India is expected to
reach US 13.52 billion dollars by 2025. Major waste
sec�ons such as Municipal Solid Waste management
market, e-waste market and bio-medical waste are
expected to grow at CAGR of 7.14%, 10.03% and 8.14%
