• Supplemental budget process to amend the 2003-2005 budget adopted last June

• Governor released his supplemental budget on December 18

• Legislative session January 12 to March 12 (?)

• Senate and House each propose a budget, likely in February or March

• Legislators have to pass a compromise the Governor will sign
