• Unfortunately though, it is unaffordable for many who live here.

• What is "workforce housing"?

• How does workforce housing differ from affordable housing?

– workforce housing is typically associated with housing affordable to households earning incomes from approximately 60% - 120% of area median income.

Workforce housing includes single-family homes, townhouses, condominiums, starter homes, and apartments that are affordable to area workers.

– Includes lending institutions, national advocacy groups, local governments and affordable housing developers.
