We are excited to announce that student academic performance data has been loaded into LouisianaConnect for your school! What Does this Mean?

Students, counselors and parents can now track student academic progress from a single resource.

Students can now be matched with college access and grant programs (like TOPS) through automated alerts that will be sent through LouisianaConnect.

Counselors can now take advantage of enhanced reporting capabilities offered by LouisianaConnect. Check out the "Reporting" tab on the main navigation of the web portal. Detailed guidance is provided in the "Louisiana Administrative User Guide" located in LouisianaConnect's Support Center (Just click the "Support" link at the bottom of the screen when you log into LouisianaConnect).

Quick Guide to LouisianaConnect Academic Data * All academic data has been provided by the Louisiana Department of Education's (LDOE) Student Transcript System (STS). * Currently, academic data is scheduled to be refreshed immediately after the completion of each regularly-scheduled STS data harvest. * Student GPAs are taken directly from STS (LDOE normalizes GPAs to a 4.0). * Course data that has not been harvested and normalized by LDOE for STS will NOT be automatically populated to LouisianaConnect. * If a student (i.e. Transfer) is manually added to the web portal by a counselor, their academic data will NOT appear until the next round of STS data is loaded. * If you think student academic records are incorrect, please contact LouisianaConnect customer support with a precise description of the data elements and students in question. ALL Academic Data is Displayed According to the Time Period ("Session") to which it Relates
