warranty notivce

Hello, I'm writing this message because i was refused a warranty fix for a problem that i didnt cause, and that the official repair shop told was a physical damage cau sed problem. I have a Nokia Lumia 930 that i got on March 1st this year(2015). I handle my phone with care and i always have a bumper or a case. A month later w hile changing cases i bumped my phone to a wooden table and the only dot that is called physical damage, and that is the reason warranty for a completely differ ent problem was refused. This is why i am writing this complaint. Also pictures od a problem and that dot is going to be attached so you can see that the proble m i am asking warranty for is on a completely different part of the device, and couldnt be caused by the little dot mentioned earlier. 353633061557584 So a week and a half ago a problem appeared located on a part of the screen arou nd camera button(bottom right). it was a small green stain that covered a half c ircle area apoximately quarter of an inch wide. During next couple of days it is spreading and it is mostly visible on bright backgrounds. Today(17th Dec. 2015) it spreads over half of the screen. In a message above i mentioned(deliberately ) a dot that is called physical damage by the official reapir shop in Serbia(whe re i live). You can see on the pictures that the mentioned dot is located on a p art of phone where the is no screen(a dark upper right area where light sensor i s the area of the dot, where there is no amoled screen, touch sensor etc.) and t hat the stain area starts with darkest note from the right part of the screen wh ere camera button is located and spreads almost across the whole screen. It is o bvious that the problem with the screen is not caused by the first mentioned dot , and it is unclear to me why this isnt covered by warranty. Let me be clear, th ere is no scratch over gorilla glass, no crack, not it was hit, there is no scre en crack, that looks like other broken screens - no physical damage to the scree n at all, which is obvious in the pictures, also whole screen is sensitive to to uch events, so touch is working perfectly in every part of the screen the one wi th a stain and the one that isnt affected yet. So if i didnt break the screen, which i didnt, and if i didntspill water or anything on it, how could have i don e this, and why isnt this warranty applicable, also what is the cause of the sta in that looks like a burn, not a spill. I have to mention that i am informed tha t this tends to happen due to overheating, which is a problem with the processor used in this phone, then the logical question is why dont i get replacement or repair covered by warranty if this is not caused by damage to the phone - which is obvious, unless you are looking for a reason to refuse warranty? I think i was very thural with my message, and i also expect a thural answer bec ause i think that its you job to care for customers that use premium model phone s from the line you produce. Best Regards
