Foreword
I was asked to design this course by my colleague Kristen Howe specifically to help you
get past what is stopping you from manifesting the life of your dreams.
Back in early 2007, myself and two other experts in the areas of mindset and Law of
Attraction began to put together a Law of Attraction program that was designed to do
the very same thing. We called it the Accelerated Law of Attraction Mastery program or
ALAM for short. It certainly went well beyond the content of the hit mindset movie, The
Secret, and supplied the critical processes for clearing the past emotional conditioning
that sabotages nearly everyone.
And ALAM was very well received, so well in fact that it was promoted by several stars
of The Secret. It got some great feedback from users and that was certainly gratifying
for us, the authors.
However, after lengthy discussions with one of my co-authors (and now close friend
and long-time business partner), Kathy Williams*, I came to the conclusion that there
were other, less obvious elements missing from the manifestation process as tradition-
ally presented. And my subsequent conversations with some truly incredible manifesta-
tion masters have supported that conclusion.
One of those elements is your physical body itself, mainly because of the key part it
plays in that most important and most neglected element of the manifestation process,
the necessity of “feeling consistently great” and, related to that, your ability to switch from your “rational guidance system” to your “intuitive guidance system”.
These are two of the three existential keys to freeing yourself from the tyranny of the New-
tonian worldview, something you’ll learn more about in one of the audios in this program.

The third key is contained here in the Systematic Manifesting Miracle and consists in
acquiring an ironclad faith in the fact that your consciousness creates your reality from
the inside out. As obvious as that conclusion may be from modern quantum physics,
almost every person in the Western world functions as if the last 90 years of physics
never happened and as if Sir Isaac Newton had the last word on the nature of reality.
The second missing element, though, was an approach that would leverage one obvi-
ous truth – if the Law of Attraction is real and is a “law”, then it’s already working per-
fectly in your life today.
Back when The Secret first aired, people were being told, “just think about what you
want and you can have it.” Then, when harsh reality set in and it became obvious that
nearly everyone was too emotionally sabotaged internally to use the Law of Attraction,
you were told that you had to first clear away the emotional rubbish and then all would
be well.
In fact, while that advice has certainly worked for many people, it’s far from presenting
a holistic picture of what the manifesting process, properly understood and applied, will
do for your life. There’s more to it and you can make it work far faster and enjoy it far
more than you have so far.
The purpose of the Systematic Manifesting Miracle is to fill in those gaps, give you a
more holistic understanding of the Law of Attraction and the manifestation process you
can use in your own life, and finally, to take you on a fun, educational and transforma-
tional journey that will rock your world and give you great confidence in your ability to
manifest the life of your dreams.

Introduction
The Law of Attraction – you’ve certainly heard all about it before. In fact, you’ve almost
certainly tried to implement it in your own life before. And, if you’re like over 95% of
those who’ve tried it, you’ve failed miserably and long since given up!
So how can you call it a “law” if it only works occasionally and much less than random
chance?
Well, that would be a valid criticism IF the law did not in fact work. However, as you go
through this unique program you’re going to see for yourself and experience for yourself
that the law has been working with 100%,
mind-blowing consistency in your life all
along. You see, the law is not the problem;
the people trying to use it consciously in
their lives are the problem (that would be
people like you and me), and for a number
of fascinating reasons.
Fortunately, all of the obstacles that stand between you personally and using the Law of Attraction fruitfully in your life can be eliminated or bypassed with rela-tive ease.
In fact, the specific approach you’re about to learn is so ridiculously effective that it’s
the people who’ve failed the most before who love it the best – perhaps because the
contrast is so great!
All of us who have tried and failed in the past know what our problem is. It’s just that
until now we haven’t really known what to do about it.

The principle obstacle for everyone comes down to fears, doubts and self-limiting beliefs that form a “chain” of negative emotional energy. This negative emotional energy
vitiates every attempt you make at manifesting the life you want.
We’ll get into the exact dynamics later, but the important thing here is that no matter
how seemingly powerful that negative energy has been in your life personally, you’re
about to break free – even if you don’t think you can!
That’s because this process you’re going to
learn will execute the equivalent of the clas-
sic military manoeuvre called “surround and
bypass” on your negative emotional states.
And you’re going to do it is a way that is highly
scientific, very entertaining and a whole lot of
fun.
Does that sound like something you would be interested in doing? I’m sure it does!
However, just before we dive in, I do have to tell you up front that this process – aside
from being a lot of fun and a true game-changer in your life – does require consistency
and dedication on your part. It’s not a magic pill but rather a journey, and just as you
can’t enjoy the sandy beaches of the Dominican Republic or the South of France unless
you’re willing to do some planning, book your flights and accommodation, get yourself
out your front door and head for the airport, you can’t expect to get anywhere on your
manifesting journey either unless you follow the clear directions we’ll give you at the
end of this book. If you implement the instructions precisely, you’ll get precise results
that will amaze you.
So let’s get started…

Basic Description of Interval Design
When a person becomes aware of the theory of the Law of Attraction and starts to
believe in it and test its validity, their approach is quite predictable in most cases:
They will identify some big issue in their life that needs changing and work on that right
away.
And that sounds perfectly logical if you say it
fast enough. However, as you’ll see later, that’s
like taking your first ever martial arts lesson
and then immediately challenging a Shaolin
monk to a death match. Rather than using
this kind of issue-based approach that we all
fall into unthinkingly, the approach you will be
mastering is one based on time-periods.
Each and every day, your life can easily be divided into specific time-periods that are
easily identifiable in terms of the persons, events and things in them. For example, the
relationships, tasks and emotional tone you’re faced with at the office are likely to be
much different than what you experience at home. And even work itself is seldom a
uniform experience. You may have meetings with your team or with clients, you may
have some time to do focused work in your own area of specialization, you have a few
breaks during the day and on it goes.

Welcome to the Process of Interval Design
We call each one of these time-chunks an “interval”. And we refer to a whole day – one
24 hour period – as a “cycle”. And the whole process could be termed either “Inter-
val Design” or “Cyclic Design” (I avoid “Cycle
Design” because it sounds too much like zip-
ping around town on my bicycle!).
This approach to learning to use the Law of
Attraction to manifest specific outcomes has
some absolutely huge advantages for you:
1. It prevents you from trying to use the Law of Attraction to immediately take on
your biggest and strongest enemy – usually that part of your life that hurts the
most. Since this area of your life tends to be the one with the most negative
emotion surrounding it, you’re unlikely to win here just yet!
2. Most people are very unclear on what they want in life and without a definite
goal, it’s very hard to manifest anything definite at all. The beauty of this pro-
cess is that you don’t have to focus on the big picture right away – i.e., you don’t
need to know anything as grandiose as your “life purpose”. All you need to
know is what you would like to experience in the next hour or two!
3. This process helps you to become much more aware of your feeling state,
which is the real driver for what you’re attracting into your life. Unfortunately,
almost all newcomers to the Law of Attraction underestimate the impor-
tance of dealing with their feeling state and emotional life in general. They
fool themselves into thinking that if they just “think” about something often

enough, that’s what they’ll get. Famous statements like “You become what
you think about most of the time” or “Think and grow rich” tend to reinforce
this misunderstanding.
4. This process allows you to track your results and record them, so you abso-
lutely KNOW how you’re doing, even if you’re “doing it wrong” and ending up
with experiences you don’t want. In other words, even when you don’t seem
to get what you want, you still understand why and this reinforces your belief
in the Law of Attraction and, paradoxically, in your own ability to use it.
Now that you know the bare-bones outline of the method, let’s have a look at some
of the reasons why your previous approaches have failed you. Once you can see this
intellectually and feel it in your bones, you’ll really appreciate having an approach that
blows these obstacles out of the water.

Common Traps in Using the Manifesting Process
“Wound Around the Axle”I’m not sure how obscure that expression is to you. I got very used to it from a particular
friend who, whenever he would meet someone who was upset about something, he
would shake his head and say, “Wow, she’s really wound around the axle over that!”
So when you’re “wound around the axle” over something, it means you’re emotionally compromised in relation to that issue or that area of your life.
One friend of mine is very, very sensitive to
money… or rather to the frequent lack of it
in his life, even though he’s a highly qualified
professional. In fact, his anxiety over money is
deep enough that it’s emotionally impossible
for him to talk about anything related to money
without plunging headfirst into what we techni-
cally refer to as “defensive physiology”.
That’s right; if we were to hook him up to the right instruments when that topic is brought
up, we would see his heart rate and blood pressure go up slightly, his breathing changes
and a host of other physiological markers would be altered in the direction of the “fight
or flight” reaction.
All those physical reactions are just symptoms, of course. They’re symptoms of a nega-
tive emotional dynamic that may go back to some unresolved trauma or conditioning.

What this means concretely is that if this person were ever to attempt to use that Law
of Attraction to alter his financial circumstances, he would be very much sabotaged
even before he began. After all, if the mere thought of what he wants to change elicits
a strongly negative emotional response – one centered on fear, anxiety and lack, in this
case – then several things are clear:
1. The emotional energy that his organism is vibrating and transmit-
ting at that moment will simply bring him more of the same. He
cannot fruitfully CREATE while in that emotional space. Or, rather,
he will simply continue to create failure in that area of his life.
His perceptions of reality regarding anything to do with money will be seri-
ously distorted and will serve as a very poor basis for decision-making in that
area of his life.
2. And lastly, and perhaps most importantly, he does not BELIEVE that he could
possibly improve his situation.
Now what does this tell you about his chances of using the
Law of Attraction fruitfully to change that area of his life for
the better, at least for the moment?
You’re right; he might as well try to change the course of a super-tanker by using a teaspoon as a rudder!
His internal emotional controls are firmly on autopilot for the moment and their course
is laid in, so his chances of success right now are slim to none.
Of course, being a highly educated person with advanced reasoning skills and a high
level of self-awareness, he knows his emotions have him trapped and on the level of his
conscious mind, he is desperate to change his situation.
Here’s the real problem: he is absolutely typical of most of us.

When we first try to use the Law of Attraction in our lives, we automatically begin with
the area of our life that hurts the most.
What’s the catch? More often than not, the areas of your life that hurt the most are the
ones surrounded by the greatest cloud of negative emotion.
In other words, they are those areas of your life – whether it’s health or relationships
or finances or something else – where you are most tightly “wrapped around the axle”.
So learn this and learn it well: do NOT start your
Law of Attraction training by trying to use it to con-
front your biggest challenge. As I said before, this
is like taking a single martial arts lesson and then
immediately challenging someone of the calibre
of Bruce Lee, Donnie Yen or Tony Jaa to a death
match. And that match can only end one way…
Fortunately, you can in fact master the Law of Attraction, develop great faith in it, manifest incredible things with stunning regularity and exponentially improve your life within a very short period of time… and all without ever having to face your biggest challenge.
And that’s what we’re going to teach you over the next 3 weeks. So do NOT, repeat do NOT begin by trying to manifest huge change in those areas of your life that hurt the most.
Now, does this mean you’ll never use that Law of Attraction to change your results in
those areas? Not at all! Of course you will! However, by the time you turn your attention
to those areas directly, you’ll be more than prepared and totally confident! So just be a
little patient for now – it’s REALLY worth the wait!
And all of that brings us to the next trap…

Trying to Manifest What You Want Without First Creating Internal AlignmentWhat is it within you that creates the results you get in life? Cast your mind back to a
particular event in your life when everything seemed to go extremely well. Perhaps you
won an athletic competition or maybe you were really good in one particular subject in
school. Or perhaps a great idea came to you out of the blue – perhaps for a business
or career, a home renovation or that special vacation – and despite some challenges, it
all fell into place as if by magic.
Now, if you search your feeling state about such an event in your past, you’ll probably
find that some or all of these dynamics were present:
� The idea came to you “out of the blue”.
� You felt immediately and intuitively GREAT about it.
� You loved thinking about it and, in fact, had a hard time NOT thinking about it.
� You felt confident about it.
� When you thought about the end result, you felt very positive and very relaxed,
as if there were a kind of “joyous inevitability” about the realization of your
dream.
� And when it came about, you may have been ecstatic, but you weren’t all that
surprised.
So what is it within you that causes things to manifest in
your life? When you contemplate something like that from
your own past, it’s quite obvious – it’s your emotional state, your feeling state. That’s what vibrates or trans-
mits most strongly into the universe. Although our scien-
tific understanding of the manifestation process is still in
its infancy, this dynamic has been known and talked about
for millennia.

In the New Testament, Jesus Christ himself hammers this point home over and over
again:
“Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and never doubt, you will not only do what has been
done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, `Be taken up and cast into the
sea,’ it will be done.
And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.” (Matthew 21:21-22)
Notice that Christ zeros in on your belief, on your faith in the process.
That is because, if you believe something with-
out any doubt, you’re putting yourself in a positive
emotional space. In other words, you’re congruent
with what your conscious mind is asking for, you’re
aligned internally. If you’re not aligned internally, if
you have doubts that what you’ve asked for can
happen, then you’re putting out a mixed emotional
and energetic signal:
Your conscious, rational mind, that represents only a small fraction of who you are, or
your psychophysical potential, is saying one thing, while your much more powerful sub-
conscious mind is broadcasting (and therefore asking for) something entirely different.
To put it another way, you brain is saying one thing while your heart is saying another.
And, from a scientific point of view, the energy field broadcast by your heart is in fact
many, many times stronger than the energy field broadcast by your brain.
So you don’t necessarily get what you say you want. You don’t necessarily get what you “think about”. You most definitely do get what you believe in, what you expect and what your feeling state is dwelling on.
So you live in a universe that mirrors you perfectly – “Whatever a person sows, that will
they also reap.” (Galatians 6:7) We usually interpret that in a moral sense – if you treat
someone poorly, you’ll pay for it down the road. However, it also applies to the Law of

Attraction in that your feeling state is continually and unceasingly sowing the seeds of
your future. Your feeling state, your emotional tone, is what is attracting and creating
your life at every moment.
Consequently, there is nothing more important than focusing on your feeling state on a
continuous basis, simply because that is what is infallibly creating your future!
Therefore the whole crux of the matter is to bring your feeling state into alignment with what you consciously desire.
And the great value of the Interval Design pro-
cess is that it allows you to do all that in record
time.
And all of this brings us to the third trap – you don’t REALLY believe in the process…
You Don’t REALLY Believe in the Manifesting ProcessYes, you heard that right – you don’t really believe in the manifesting process, that the
Law of Attraction will bring you what you want.
I know, you’ll object that you wouldn’t be reading or listening to this if you didn’t believe
it. You’ve subscribed to this belief for years based on all the research you’ve done, etc.
I know, I’ve heard it all. But hear me out, because far from calling you a liar, I believe
you’re telling the truth as you see it. However, what if there are various levels to belief
and you are still stuck on the surface?
For example, if you’ve been trying for years to manifest a significant change in one area
of your life and you’ve seen only so-so results, you may well still subscribe to the belief
that the Law of Attraction exists and that you’re simply using it poorly. And there’s more
than a little truth to that, as we’ve seen. In fact, that describes the vast majority of those
who have tried and failed. Yet there’s more to it. You know what it’s like to feel absolute
certainty about something? Of course you do!

To take a seemingly mundane example, if you throw a ball up into the air, you have
100% certainty that it’s coming right back down. As soon as the momentum you gave it
runs out, the law of gravity will make absolutely sure that ball comes plummeting back
to terra firma.
So you have no doubts about the law of gravity. You can’t see gravity, you’ve never seen
gravity, and yet you have total faith in it because you have observed its effects and you
know, based on the evidence, that it works infallibly, 100% of the time.
The Law of Attraction is no less real than the law of
gravity – it does work 100% of the time. However, its
effects are more subtle and, unless you have a supporting
culture and belief system (which we have never had in
the Western world), you won’t know what to watch for,
what observations to make and how to make sense of the
observations you do make.
To observe the Law of Attraction at work, you have to be a master observer of two reali-
ties at the same time – the inner world of your beliefs, thoughts and feeling state and
your outer world of persons, events and things.
In the Western world, where we have suffered from a notorious divorce between mind
and body for at least a millennium, we simply don’t have a culture that supports minute
observation of our inner world.
To understand this more fully and to see just how deeply your culture and educational
system have sabotaged you in this regard, please go and listen to the bonus audio enti-

In other words, because we live in our heads and identify our SELF with our brain, and
tend to direct all our mental attention outward toward the outside world, we have very
little idea of what’s going on inside our own mind-body organism. Hence, we are emo-
tionally incompetent on many levels and not at all used to monitoring our own thoughts
and feelings.

Yes, we’re pretty good at observing our outer worlds – the happenings and circum-
stances evolving around us. But without a cultural paradigm telling us there is a COR-
RELATION between our inner and outer worlds, we are totally unequipped to observe
the Law of Attraction at work. And unless we have observed it at work and seen how
ruthlessly consistent the Law of Attraction is at delivering us results in our external
reality that correspond to our internal feeling state (beliefs, thoughts and emotions), we
simply CANNOT have the total belief equivalent to the belief we have in the law of grav-
ity. And until we have that level of belief, we can’t really have that “Christmas morning
expectation” that should naturally accompany every desire we are trying to manifest.
Why is this so important? Because the emotional energy and vibration associ-ated with that level of expectation corresponds directly to the speed at which our request becomes our reality.
The beauty of Interval Design is that by fol-
lowing this approach over time, you will easily
and effortlessly develop this level of certainty
related to the results the Law of Attraction
delivers. And you will develop this easily, with
little effort on your own part. Even better, you
can develop it even when you fail to manifest
what you consciously say you want.
Then, once you see in your own life how insanely well the law works and, in fact, even
before that, you’ll astonish yourself at how predictably you are manifesting whatever
you focus on as well.
All of this will increase your level of belief exponentially. So much so that eventually
returning to face those really big areas of challenge in your life will not seem the least
bit daunting anymore.
By following this approach
over time, you will easily and
effortlessly develop this level of
certainty related to the results
the Law of Attraction delivers.

You Don’t Know If the Process is WorkingIf I were to ask you for documented (that means “written down” ;) evidence that the
manifestation process / Law of Attraction is actually working in your life, would you be
able to show it to me?
Don’t worry, I won’t ask. Mainly because I don’t care. And I don’t mean that in a callous
sense – as you’ll quickly find out, I’ll bust a gut to help you out – but I say that because
I already know the answer…
The answer is that the manifestation process / Law of Attraction is working perfectly
and 100% reliably in your life already.
As we’ve already discussed, though, that
doesn’t mean it’s delivering you what your
conscious mind says you want to experi-
ence. Rather, it IS delivering to you what
your entire mind-body organism (minus
that energetically insignificant part of you
called the conscious, rational mind) says
it wants, according to its energy signature.
And that energy signature is conditioned by this cycle of beliefs, thoughts and emotions
that are running rampant within you. So the law is working just fine. The problem is,
you still have a marginal belief in it and you won’t get that ironclad belief until you see it
working for yourself.
In other words, when I’m asking you about documented evidence, it’s not because I
want to see it; it’s because YOU are the one who NEEDS to see it!
And the beauty of this evidence-gathering procedure is that it will prove to you how well
the law works, whether you’re getting the results you say you want or not.
Why is it so important for you to have unshakable belief in the Law? Simply because
your ability to become the fully conscious creator of your own reality depends upon that.

Also, you will never free yourself from the tyranny of the Newtonian worldview until you
see this for yourself, and it is this mechanistic, reductionist worldview that has been
sabotaging your life on every level your whole life long.
How Interval Design Overcomes ALL of These TrapsThis will be a really short section, mainly because you already have a pretty good idea
why this is the case. So, to mix things up a little, let’s go through the list of classic traps
in REVERSE order, this time.
By forcing you to document what you want to experience and then what you actually did
experience in a short and defined timeframe or “interval”, you can actually SEE what
the Law of Attraction is manifesting for you
and you can see and feel in your own expe-
rience the critical correspondence between
your feeling state and the results you’re get-
ting. Even better, you can see and experi-
ence this whether or not you’re getting what
you say you want.
Why is that? As we’ve said, the law is working all the time; otherwise it would be rather
silly to call it a “law” instead of a “fluke”. You’ll become acutely aware from time to
time that although you’re saying you want one thing, your emotional state is saying
something quite different. For example, if you’ve spent years trying unsuccessfully to
manifest a better financial situation, you’re probably aware, at least dimly, of the fears,
doubts and self-limiting beliefs that hold you captive internally in that area of your life.
In the Interval Design process, of course, we’ll be forbidding you explicitly from confront-
ing your biggest challenges for a while. However, even when you’re just focusing on
manifesting more immediate results, such as what you want to experience on your com-
mute to work, you may at times experience a bit of emotional “interference” in the form of
fears, doubts and self-limiting beliefs. And that’s okay. In fact, it’s absolutely fine because
you can document that as well and actually see what impact that had on your results.

So the bottom line here is that you WILL know that the process is working. And the only effort required on your part will be to be faithful to the process of writing a few things down.
And precisely because you’ll be continuously monitoring the evidence, you’ll develop an ironclad faith in the workings of the law and a growing faith in your own ability to mani-fest wonderful things in your life. And a “wonderful thing” could be something as simple as a blissful morning coffee in your backyard while talking over vacation plans with your spouse, or a morning bike ride in the country. It doesn’t have to be anything grandiose at all. It DOES have to be something YOU intended and desired.
By working on manifesting these smaller events in an almost immediate and defined timeframe, it’s much easier to be aligned internally with what you want. After all, the stakes are not very high at all, so you can pour a lot of emotion and desire into mani-festing these outcomes (and we’ll show you how to do that), yet there are no grounds for anxiety or fear it won’t happen because, if it doesn’t, there are really no consequences! So staying aligned is quite easy.
In other words, by taking manifesting out of the high-stakes world you perceive around those BIG things in your life, you put it into an emotionally neutral setting that makes scientific observation much easier. And while you could theoretically make scientific observations about how you’re continually manifesting what you don’t want concerning those issues you’re most “wrapped around the axle” about, it’s really just a whole lot easier to do it the way we’re proposing.
So you see, the Interval Design process overcomes all the typical traps of using the mani-festing process – the same traps that sabotage most of the efforts of most of the people most of the time – and allows you quickly and easily to verify that the Law of Attraction
works, that you yourself are quite capable of manifesting what you want and that you really
do have the power to, as Napoleon Hill once put it, “be, do or have anything you want.”

How the Interval Design Process Works
This is the full description of the Interval Design process. It is NOT, however, the easier-
to-follow, step-by-step directions you will actually follow to execute the process. You will
find those in Appendix A.
You must read or listen to this part, though,
because it’s essential to being able to use
the step-by-step directions properly. Inter-
val Design, as you already know, has to do
with using the power of your mind to create
and shape your daily experiences, one time
period or “interval” at a time.
This is a lot different from putting a time limit on specific goals (which is a mistake, gen-
erally, when you’re trying to manifest something in your life. Just as the “how” is not your
concern, neither is the exact “when”).
In other words, all you need to focus on is the upcoming interval. And to shape the out-
come of this upcoming interval, you need to do just a few things:
1. Be aware of when you’re shifting from one interval to another. These
shifts are easy to identify, since they typically involve changing some combi-
nation of: your location, the people you’re interacting with or your activities.
2. Define the duration of the upcoming interval. For example, maybe you
have to attend a meeting at work. You could define the whole meeting as one
interval, since it perfectly fits the definition above. Or, when you get up in the
morning, you could define the interval as starting when you get out of bed

until you leave for work and the next interval as your commute to work. These
are just examples, but you get the idea. And there is certainly some flexibility
here. Just a word of caution, though – you generally don’t want one interval
to go too long. Anything over half your day is probably too long in most cases
and it’s preferable to deal with even smaller timeframes than that.
3. Define what you would like to experience in the upcoming interval. This
could be anything related to that interval that you would like to do, have or
experience. That could be an outcome related to health, a relationship, career
or finances, or anything else. You simply want to imagine the outcome vividly
for about a minute or so and – here’s the important part – feel what your ideal outcome would feel like emotionally to you.
Of course, that’s not the whole system. There’s also the documentation element and
that is critical to your overall success.
Documentation serves a couple of purposes:
1. It allows you to track your results – that’s
how it becomes the tool that increases your
belief in the Law of Attraction.
2. Writing down what you want to experi-
ence forces you to define what you want
to experience. Once you put it in a couple
of words, it’s no longer vague. It becomes
measurable.
3. Having your ideal outcomes in writing serves as a quick and easy reminder if
you happen to forget at any point during the interval (and, yes, that will happen!).
The next part of the documentation process is to check your results. The easiest way
to do this is to set aside a few minutes in the evening to review all the intervals from the
entire day and ask yourself some key questions about how they turned out.

Getting used to the documentation process is critical to your success. At the very
outset, you must resolve that you will stick to it ruthlessly no matter what else is going
on in your life, or else you’ll find yourself executing it in a kind of hit and miss way that
does you little good.
REMEMBER: you only need to do this for the three weeks of this program. That’s all
it will take to get the results you need! Do you think you could stick that out if it meant
completely transforming the way you relate to life? I think so!
Despite how simple the Interval Design process seems (and actually is), you can get a
little overwhelmed at the beginning, and that’s why we have you implement it in stages.
In other words, during the first three days, you will
only use the process for a small number of inter-
vals, rather than every interval of each day. This
gives you a bit of a buffer and makes it much
easier for you to “do it right” for those few intervals
involved. This way you develop some experience
with the process so that when it comes time to implement it for every interval during the
remaining days of the program, you’ll have a much easier time. After all, we want your
attention to be mainly on the manifesting process itself, rather than on the details of how
to implement that process.
After all, you don’t want to be two weeks into this and still finding yourself fumbling
around, saying, “Damn, I switched intervals and didn’t notice and totally forgot to define
what I wanted. And now I’m SO behind in documenting my desired outcomes and the
results I actually got. I’ll never catch up!”
To avoid that scenario, we have you implement this in stages, so you can get used
to the implementation process itself and then transition your focus more to the actual
manifesting.
Once you get the hang of it, the Interval Design process is actually a tremendous
amount of fun and, what’s far more important, it’s nearly miraculous in its results!

Traps WITHIN the Interval Design Process
“Nothing is foolproof because fools are so damned inventive!” Very true, and the fools…
they are US!
Yes, as human beings, we will find a way to screw up nearly anything and the Interval
Design process is no exception. We’ve already talked at length about the classic Law
of Attraction traps that the Interval Design process
effectively bypasses – such as focusing right away
on your biggest challenge, not being clear on what
you want, and the rest. Now let’s have a look at
potential traps WITHIN the process – those subtle
hindrances that can impede your progress and
what you can do about them.
1. Playing Fast and Loose with the ProcessMeet Jeff. Jeff had a very strong start with the process and was more than religious
about defining the results he wanted and doing all the documentation. Then, after a few
days he began to wonder why his results were actually deteriorating! On closer inspec-
tion it became obvious – although he was still defining the results he wanted from each
interval, he had pretty much stopped doing the 60 second procedure for “feeling” that
result, for enjoying that result in his mind ahead of time.
Consequently, he was no longer broadcasting the emotional energy that is itself the
creative force behind the manifesting process. And without that creative force, all that
Jeff really had left was a mere idea in his rational or conscious mind – a very weak
position to be in indeed!

So always remember that if you want to see the results, you have to first put out the
energetic effort ahead of time, not simply the intellectual effort of defining what you
want.
2. The Manifestation Time LagIf we accept the reality of the quantum universe (vs. the mechanical Newtonian one
that has long since been disproven and which nevertheless forms the basis for most
people’s outdated worldviews), then it’s evident that, to paraphrase the Buddha:
“All that we are is the result of what we have thought.”
So my life and circumstances today are the com-
bined result of my beliefs, thoughts and feeling
states of the past. In a world where time (tem-
poral succession) exists, our beliefs, thoughts
and feelings are continually creating our futures.
And, as you’ll see with the Interval Design pro-
cess, that can even be our immediate future.
However, the reality you’re experiencing today is not just the result of your state of con-
sciousness yesterday, but to some degree also of your state of consciousness over the
past week, the past month and even the past several years.
In other words, your “legacy” thinking you had before engaging with this material is still
affecting your life and will continue to have some residual effect for some time to come.
Of course, that residual effect will trickle off eventually, but until it does you need to be
aware that your less-than-optimal belief structure, thought process and emotional tone
of the past will still be impacting you to some degree.
A second and related problem happens when, for whatever reason, you don’t get the
result you consciously wanted from a given interval of time. If this leaves you feeling
frustrated or defeated, you need to rethink that emotional response. Consider the fol-
lowing: any result you get, whether you call it “good” or “bad” subjectively, is simply the

result of your consciousness (beliefs, thoughts and feelings) at a given point in time. If
you carefully trace your state of consciousness backward, you will almost always find a
clear correspondence between the result and the state of consciousness behind it. And
usually you’ll find that it was your thinking and feeling state at the moment of defining
the result you wanted that was responsible. Sometimes, however, the cause is further
back in time.
Knowing that is the case, you’ll quickly see that
the Law of Attraction is working in your life 100%
of the time. And once you experience that for
yourself, you’ll also automatically experience that
you are the one creating your reality and that you
can create any reality you want! That’s perhaps
the most wonderful feature of the Interval Design
process – that even if you don’t get the results you
want all the time at the beginning, you still make
the same tremendous progress because this pro-
cess can leverage your “success” and your “fail-
ure” equally!
3. Stuck in a RutAs you go through your day and define the results you want to see from each interval,
you can easily fall into the trap of getting “stuck in a rut”. Here’s an example:
Interval 1: “feel really happy”, “be more confident”, “get more customers”
Interval 2: “have more self-confidence”, “earn more money”, “have lots of fun”
Interval 3: “grow the business”, “enjoy this interval”, “project self-assurance”
What do you notice about those definitions? Yes, you’re right – they’re all exactly the same. Worse than being identical, though, they’re also really vague and could apply to
any interval in that person’s life.
As you go through your

Now remember how we defined an interval? Typically your activities, your location and
/ or the people you’re interacting with will be different from the previous interval, other-
wise it might as well be the same interval! Note that in the definitions above, there is
nothing that pertains specifically to what’s going on in that particular interval. So let’s
have a look at how those could have been defined much better:
Interval 1: “feel totally energized by my nutritious breakfast”, “feel deep inner peace
through my deep abdominal breathing practice”
Interval 2: “feel completely calm on the drive to work and enjoy it as a time to relax”,
“enjoy using the last 10 minutes of my commute to frame the day I want to experience”.
Interval 3: “Be immediately productive at work, successfully tackling my number one
priority in the first hour”, “feeling the respect and support of my colleagues for my pres-
entation to senior management this afternoon”.
You’ll notice that these later definitions are
specific to the activities our hypothetical
person will be undertaking. This prevents
the “rut syndrome” and also makes it much
easier for you to document your results
accurately.
There you have it! You now know everything you need to know to start using the Sys-
tematic Manifesting Miracle and its powerhouse method, the Interval Design Process.
Now you need to read over Appendix A, which outlines exactly how this is going to
work, what you will need to get or use and all the other details!

The Systematic Manifesting Miracle: How to Use the Interval Design Process
In this section you’ll get your very specific marching orders on this amazing 21-day jour-
ney. It may surprise you to learn I don’t want you to start today and probably not even
tomorrow. There’s a little bit of preparation to do first!
Preparation Period (normally 3-7 days)In the preparation period, there are two main tasks for you, one physical and one mental/
emotional:
1. Gather Your Supplies
Documenting what you intend to manifest in each interval of your day is absolutely vital
to the process. Without this, you won’t know that the process is working (notice I didn’t
say “if” the process is working), you won’t build your faith in the Law of Attraction and
you won’t improve your ability to manifest at will.
To document properly, you really need three things:
1. A small pad or notebook and a pen you can carry with you. This low tech
approach is strongly recommended over any electronic hand-held device.
2. Interval Design forms. These forms can be electronic or hadcopy. You can
print our sample and use it over and over or make up your own based on our
prototype.

3. Evidence Journal. The same applies for the Evidence Journal.
The Documentation Process
The documentation process is simple and straightforward. Here are the steps:
1. Using your notepad, once you’re finished a specific interval in your day, you
need to quickly write down what you intend to experience in the following
interval. Just one to three bullet points will usually cover it.
2. When you get home or before bed, you can transfer the contents of your Inter-
val Design pad to your Interval Design form, noting what you intended and
the end result, again in bullet points only – the Interval Design form is not the
place for detailed reflection.
3. Then take a few minutes to reflect on your manifesting experiences of the
day and write down anything that appeared to be significant, any unusual
occurrences, astounding successes or simply anything relevant that comes
to mind.
NOTE: It is possible and even recommended to combine the Interval Design forms
and the Evidence Journal into a single notebook or computer file, where you would first
have the Interval Design form for, say, Day 1 of the program, followed by the Evidence
Journal form, then the same for Day 2, etc.
2. Listen to “The Importance of Feeling Consistently Great”
You’ll find the link for it in the email you received after you signed up for The Systematic
Manifestation Miracle.
This is essential preparation for the manifesting process in general. If you’re coming
into this program having already gone through the Somatic Power Attraction program,
you should have quite a head start in this area. That said, it never hurts to review it!

The SequenceThis is a three week or 21-day journey. Your basic instructions for each day are below.
More details are contained in the daily audios for each of the 21-day journey.
NOTE: Do not begin until you are ready! Make sure all your supplies are assembled and ready to go. Make sure you’ve given yourself a few days to reflect
deeply on the “The Importance of Feeling Consistently Great” audio.
Days 1-3: Design ONE interval only out of your day.
Days 4-6: Design TWO intervals out of your day.
Day 7: REST DAY – Design only the cycle as a whole, meaning the whole day, and
ignore the specific intervals.
Days 8-10: Design THREE intervals out of your day.
Days 11-13: Design ALL the intervals in your day.
Day 14: REST DAY – Design only the cycle as a whole, meaning the whole day, and
ignore the specific intervals.
Days 15-20: Design ALL the intervals in your day.
Day 21: TAKE STOCK – as on the rest days, simply design the cycle. Take time to pull
your data together and formulate your conclusions.
Once You Have Finished the 21-Day AdventureOnce you’ve finished going through the 21-day Interval Design training, you’re still just
starting out on this amazing journey!
Let me make one thing clear, though. DO NOT put pressure on yourself to design every
interval for the rest of your life! If you have any sense of obligation, of “oh, I really should/
have to do this,” then you’re missing the point. After all, the one totally indispensable key

to manifesting the life you want is “feeling consistently great” and you can’t do that and
feel guilty or pressured at the same time, can you?
You should, in my opinion, make an effort to deliberately design every cycle – i.e., every
24-hour period – and then choose perhaps a few key intervals of that day that you
would focus on more deliberately.
The main purpose of doing the 21-day training is not, paradoxically, to make sure you
design every single interval from now to the end of your life. It’s most fundamental
purpose is to prove to you experimentally that your own consciousness does control
and always has controlled the so-called “objective” reality of your life experience. Once
you really KNOW THAT from your own experience, your life is NEVER the same again
and you are well on your way to freeing yourself from the tyranny of the Newtonian
worldview.
There’s lots more to do, of course. As you work on feeling consistently great, you’ll
eventually start working through your body more and more, with better nutrition, detoxi-
fication, breath work, body work and various types of internal exercise, such as the
Qi Gong that forms part of this program. This, combined with some of the top energy
psychology methods available, such as meridian tapping (e.g., the Emotional Freedom
Technique [EFT] and Thought Field Therapy [TFT]), Theta Healing, The Healing Codes
or the Morter family’s Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (BEST), will lead you
progressively through a total emotional cleanse. And that in turn will do wonders for
your physical health, your relationships and your ability to create the results you want
in your life.
As you may have guessed by now, neither the Systematic Manifesting Miracle nor the
Law of Attraction itself are really about “getting the stuff you want”. All of this is really
about a total emotional and ultimately physical and spiritual cleanse that returns you,
perhaps for the first time since infancy, to a truly human state – a state of being where
you’re internally free, spontaneously joyful and finally in a position to REALLY help your
loved ones and humanity in general BECAUSE you have finally helped yourself and
become who you really are.
