Overview of Terms of Reference

• Authority– NTHMP mechanism to provide input to the NOAA

Operational Tsunami Warning System.– Carries out NTHMP strategies related to the

format and dissemination of tsunami warning center products.

– WCS decisions achieved by consensus of state EM reps., TWCs, and NWS regional program leaders.
