• Latitude is a system of parallel lines that measure distance north and south of the Equator.

What is climate?

•A climate is weather over a long period of time. Climate is what the weather is normally like in any place.

•The Equator, the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn, and the Arctic and Antarctic circles are the lines we use to divide the world into climate zones
