    ON FRIDAY 24th Janu ary 2014

    IN THE LARGE MARQUEE ON

    THE MAIN ARENA

    If you wish to enter and these times arenot convenient please contact the

    Secretary.

    All indoor entries must be staged at themarquee on FRIDAY 24th JANUARY 2014by 12.30pm

    Entries will be taken FROM 8.30am until12.noon on Friday 24th Jan 2014

    Exhibits will be accepted for exhibition only, but mustbe labeled to this effect.

    Only judges and stewards are permitted in the

    marquee during judging time.

    THE INDOOR SECTION OF THE MARQUEE WILLBE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC AT 2.30.P.M ONSATURDAY THE 25th JANUARY AND ONLYEXHIBITORS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THEMARQUEE FOR THE SUBSEQUENT REMOVALOF EXHIBITS FROM 3PM WHICH MUST BEUNDER THE GUIDANCE OF THE STEWARDS.

    Exhibits must be accompanied by fees when handedto the secretary.

    All due care and attention will be taken, but noresponsibility is accepted for exhibits.

    All entries must be marked with name and classnumber, this information is for the stewards only.

    NO ENTRIES TO BE MORE THAN THREE YEARSOLD.

    The Show Society has the right to award product orvoucher prizes in lieu of prize money.

    PRIZE MONEY MAY BE COLLECTED FROM THESECRETARY'S OFFICE (Mahurangi RugbyFootball Club building) FROM 1PM ONSATURDAY 25th JANUARY 2014.

    For entry fees in excess of $10.00 one free pass isgiven.

    For junior exhibitors one free pass is given if FIVEOR MORE classes are entered.
