• Try an off/on campus computer• Different Browser• Check with a colleague
– Go to BtBb and see if there is already an open ticket on this subject• Yes there is an open ticket > then add to it• No there is not an open ticket > then please go ahead and open one
– Report Ticket number and content to WAOL listserv. • Support Path AFTER Admin Submits a Ticket
