Yoga in Key Stage 3

Some students have been learning about yoga, mindfulness and medi-taon. We have discussed the im-portance of exercise and the posive impact it has on our emoonal well-being. The students have learnt a range of Yoga posions, pracced relaxaon techniques and worked collaboravely to develop yoga se-quences that work all muscles in the body developing muscle tone and posture. The pro-gress in student perfor-mance over the weeks has been outstanding and lovely to observe.
