Using your photo, lightly draw the outline of your subject onto paper. No detail.Then using these images as a reference, Try to emulate Van Gogh’s techniques to create your own image!

Colour- things are never just black

Line- lines are painted in the direction of the object

Texture- Use mark marking to show texture and different surfaces
