RECORDING SCORES & COMPLETING SCORECARDS

Before commencing a round scorecards must be exchanged between the Player & the Marker. PLEASE NOTE: Under NO circumstances are players allowed

to keep their own scorecard and then at the end of the round request the marker to sign This is against the Rules of Golf and grounds for IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION. This practice will lend itself towards unlawful manipulation of scores and cards

After each hole the Marker should check the score with the Player and record it. On completion of the round the Marker must sign the card and hand it to the Player. NO Alteration may be made on the scorecard after each have signed the card to be submitted to the Recorder. PLEASE NOTE: The Player MAY NOT at any stage make

amendments to his/her own card. This is also grounds for DISQUALIFICATION.
