Our Comments!

What’s going on in Tunisia and the middle east?

Tunisia, a country in North Africa, had one of themost repressive governments in a region full of

police states. In what became known as the Jasmine Revolution,a sudden and explosive wave of street protestsousted the authoritarian president, Zine el-AbidineBen Ali, who had ruled with an iron hand for 23years. On January 14, Mr. Ben Ali left the country, after trying unsuccessfully to placate the demon-strators with promises of elections. According togovernment figures issued later, 78 protesters diedand 94 were injured during the demonstrations. 12new cabinet members have been announced.

The United States lifted a travel warning for Tuni-sia on Friday as social unrest decreases and publicorder returns. They are requesting that Americansin Tunisia adhere to a 10 p.m. to 4 a.m curfew for the greater Tunis metropolitan area until further notice. In Egypt, a country in North Africa, Protesters aredemanding an end to President Hosni Mubarak's30-year-rule.Pres. Obama said he spoke to the Egyptian presi-dent after he announced plans to dissolve his gov-ernment and take steps with a new cabinet to im-

plement reforms that will revitalize the economyand create more jobs. Pres. Obama said, "I told him he has a responsibil-ity to give meaning to those words, to take con-crete steps and actions that deliver on that prom-ise.""Mubarak just blamed the government. We willcontinue our demonstrations until we get our fulldemands. We want him to leave. His time is over,"

said Ahmed, a 19-year-old law student demonstra-tor in Central Alexandria's Raml Square. The protestors in the streets represent all walks of life, from young people to families with children,CNN's Frederik Pleitgen reports.

Does Tulsa’s new NAACP have any plans?

If you had been supporting your Oklahoma Eagle, you would know. Last month, Tulsa’s NAACP

held its first press conference of the year at theGreenwood Cultural Center. Following a Prayer Breakfast and before an Open House session, Dr.Warren Blakney presented an overview of

NAACP goals in the following questionableareas:*Education — Why should we stand for Tulsa

North schools with low performing scores to beclosed while schools in South Tulsa with similar scores remain open? We plan to be a part of thedecision making process for local schools.*The last class of trained law enforcement officerswho ―swore to protect and serve‖ had only one

black to make it through the full process. Why?

*In the area of business development , our infra-structure has been demolished. Why? We plan to pool our resources together to help develop busi-nesses, and community leaders.Be a part of the action! The powers-that-be have

a plan, but what is G*D’s Plan for Tulsa North?. Come to the next NAACP meeting at 7 pm. 2/82247 North Peoria. Office No. 918-592-7989. # #

Ask The Hakim

Hakim is an Arabicterm usually used inreference to a wholistichealer who has knowl-edge of Herbs or alter-native medicine. It alsotranslates ―as wise

counselor.‖

I am a man. I want to feed my family better food

and begin a different life but it seems like my wifeand children are totally against eating healthy and

reject my ideas. How do I change what we eat

when I am not the one working?

First, relax and breathe to the fullest capacity of your lungs. Then slow your breath down toward

the goal of four breaths per minute. This will feedyour brain the oxygen needed to clear your thoughts and release toxins from your body thatare preventing the best ideas. Then think about it.

North Tulsa has been targeted and kept fromreaching the former glory of ―Black Wall Street.‖

The enemy you seek is no further away than your

own reflection. By changing that, ―man or womanin the mirror‖ you will begin to see the difference

that you seek. Focus on yourself becoming thatchange you seek and it will change all around you.You can start by not beating yourself up. Startgrowing your own food. (Check the laws, statutesand codes regarding selling or trading that foodyou grow.) Someone wants you to ―eat cake‖ (i.e.

do what you want). The sweetness replaces thelove we think we do not have, feeding our emo-tions instead of providing nutrition for our bodies.

It also rapidly wears out the body. Sugar and salttake the water out of the body, and are very addic-tive. This limits the oxygen that can be carried byeach cell. As proof, fresh strawberries in a bowl of sugar loses water in a few minutes. By controllingthe food you put in your body and the thoughtsyou allow yourself to think, you can change your

present reality. Support growers every day you can by helping on their land. Volunteer. By becominga better giver you become a better receiver. Get-

ting your hands dirty will ground you back to your earth. You will see, through the examples in naturehow to get out of the hell you have created for yourself. Remember, prayer will work. Dandelionsmake it through concrete… you can too.

How can we end the gang violence that is plaguing

 North Tulsa?

Looking back through the history of America we

see that each group that migrated to this land hadgangs. The church began to work closely with thegangs and provided protection and forgiveness for sins committed. Businesses funded the gangs. Af-ter the migrated group reached a level of wealth, the gang members were incorporated into the cul-ture of the people and became business owners,

police officers, firefighters and government offi-cials. This issue is not something new nor exclu-sive to North Tulsa . It will take both our clergy

and community to embrace and provide directionfor the anger of our youth because of current con-ditions that we have allowed to persist. The youthare very necessary to our future. We need to pro-vide better solutions than, ―Just say no.‖ We must

remember energy is neither lost nor created. En-ergy simply changes form. # #

stopped from using toys in Happy

* It is language [talk , etc.] that distinguishes usfrom animals.* There are now 5,000 ph.d.’s who are workingas janitors & garbage collectors.

Virginia House Approves Bill to end HPV

Vaccine Mandate four years after Over-

whelmingly Approving It

Controversy over the

safety of the human papillomavirus (HPV)

vaccine has led to a

resolution to end man-

dates requiring young girls to receive it. If passed

by the Virginia State Senate, a bill recently passed

by the Virginia House of Delegates will end man-

dates put into place in 2007 requiring 11- and 12-

year-old girls to receive the HPV vaccine before

entering sixth grade.

"We just want to make sure parents are evaluating

the risks of what they're giving their daughters,

and not a legislative body," said Del. Kathy J.

Byron (R-Lynchburg), sponsor of the bill. "I don't

think that we have the medical degree to make

those decisions."

The House voted 61-33 to end the mandate, leav-ing only Washington D.C. with HPV vaccine.

Merck and Co.'s Gardasil and GlaxoSmithKline's

Cervarix are the two HPV vaccines approved by

the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for

preventing certain types of cervical cancer. But

both vaccines have a long and dirty history of

causing severe harm and death in girls who have

received them.

Not only are the HPV vaccines a considerable

threat to young girls' health, but a Natural News

investigation revealed in 2007 that they do not

even work. However, there is the probably of be-

coming sterile from the vaccination. # #

Muslim Alert!

It is important that males sit down on the toilet or

squat (when possible) to urinate. Not only is this

cleaner, but it allows the urethra to completely

empty preventing prostate problems, allows for

more privacy so the male does not expose his

awrah, and prevents him from nullifying his wudu.

There are bukhari ahadith to support sitting to uri-

nate. Some of you learned this in your FOI class.

A Fanatical Religion?

by Director. Mark Sircus, OMDInternational Medical Veritas Assn.

There is no more fanatical religion on the planettoday than the one that believes in vaccines. Wel-

come to the world of medical facism. Welcome tothe start of a thousand year reign of pharmaceuti-cal terror. So,very soon youare going tohave to hideyour [children].More worriedabout the stock

market? It is reallyhard to toleratevaccinationistsin the 21st century and even harder to understandhow some very intelligent people, educated to thedangers of vaccines can still not come out earlyagainst them. All vaccinationists endorse the de-liberate poisoning of children and adults alike be-cause, by definition, all vaccines contain poisonsin ―low‖ dosages. All vaccinationists endorse the

―rare‖ deaths that are not so rare and even less rarediseases/side effects millions have had to endure. This is the one remaining religion that people

still die over and you never ever have seen acrowd that feels so right. Pro vaccinationists aregoing to have a field day very soon and may GODhave mercy on the souls of all who get in their way.http:publications.imva.info. # #
