This agreement allows the Client/s to hire the designated venue area or a specifed time, whilst adhering

to all terms and conditions o this contractual agreement. The Client must pay all ees and charges

3.0 Terms and ConditionsBooking confrmationOnceabookinghasbeenmadeadepositof15%oftotalfoodbillispayablewithin14daysofthe

functiondate,managementreservestherighttocancelorrelocatethebookingifadeposithasnot

beenreceivedbeforethespecieddate.Ifyouhavemadeatentativebooking,thiswillbeheldfor

fourteendaysonly.Aftersuchtimemanagementreservestherighttorelocateyourbookingorcancel

thebooking.(Allattemptswillbemadetocontactthepersonwhoplacedthebooking).

Menus & fnal numbersAllmenusanddrinkpackagesmustbenalisedwithnalnumbers2weekspriortofunction.Pricingand

menuoptionsaresubjecttochangewithoutnotice.Theclientwillbeinformedofanychangesassoon

astheyoccur.Thequotationofthefoodcostswillbeconsiderednalandhonoured.

Guests and the Responsible service o alcoholThe Walkers Arms Hotel, actively promotes a sae environment or sta and patrons alike, andmanagementreservetherighttorefuseservicetoanyguestwhoaredeemedtobeintoxicated.

Minorsarepermittedonthepremisebutarerequiredtobeaccompaniedbyalegalguardianor

parent.Minorsarenotlegallyallowedtopurchaseorconsumealcoholonthepremise.Guestsare

respectfullyremindedthatphotographicIDmayberequiredtopurchaseandorconsumealcohol.

Guest BehaviourManagementreservetherighttoevictanypatronwhoisdeemedtoactinanaggressive,hostileor

displayingviolentbehaviourtowardsstaff,guestsandorpropertybelongingtotheWalkersArmsHotel

and/oritsguests.Managementreservetherighttorecoupanymonies,includingdamagesfromthe

person(s)involved.GuestsareremindedthatthepremiseisaHotelandweaccommodatealarge

numberofguests.

SmokingAllofTheWalkersArmsHotelisasmokefreehotel,exceptforthedesignatedsmokingareas.

DecorationsNosignageordecorationsaretobeafxedtoanywallsorawnings.Theclientmaybringballoonsonto

thepremisesfromanoutsidesource.Allotherdecorationsmustbediscussedpriortotheeventwiththeunction manager. Tablescattersand/orconfettiarenotpermittedinthevenue.

CateringTheWalkersArmsHoteldoesnotpermitanyitemsoffoodtobebroughtintothehotel,exceptbirthday

andorweddingcakes,howeveracakecuttingcostapplies.Allcakesbroughtontothepremisesmustbe

madebyaHACCPapprovedprovider.Ifyourguestshavespecialdietaryneedspleaseconsultyour

unctions coordinator

CancellationThe Walkers Arms Hotel reserves the right to retain all monies paid i the unction is cancelled within seven(7)daysofthescheduledevent.TheWalkersArmsHotelwillreturnallmoniespaidiftheHotelcancelsthe

event due to acts o nature or unoreseen circumstances.

PricingAlleffortswillbeundertakentomaintainallpricesasquoted,howeverduetoseasonalvariationsthe

WalkersArmsHotelreservestherighttoadjustpricesaccordingly,alleffortswillbeundertakentocontactthepersonresponsibleforthefunction.

CleaningGeneralcleaningisincludedwithinthefunctionspackagehowevershouldvenuerequirecleaning

thatisdeemedexcessive,anadditionalchargewillbecharged.

Damages & BreakagesAnydamageand/orexcessivebreakagesthataredeemedtheresponsibilityoftheeventorganizer

will incur additional charges. This includes damage to hired equipment. The Walkers Arms does notacceptanyresponsibilitytothedamageorlossofclientpropertyleftonthepremisesattheconclusion

o the event.

Minors & under 18sAllchildrenmustbesupervisedbyaparent/guardianatalltimes.Allchildrenmustvacatethepremise

by11:50pmMonday-Sunday.
