Directorate of Wheat Research (DWR) through All India Coordinated Wheat and Barley Improvement Project (AICW & BIP) is coordinating the multidisciplinary and multilocational activities of varietal improvement, resource management and crop protection technologies across the diverse ecosystems for increasing and stabilizing the barley production. As a nodal institute, DWR facilitates planning, exchange of experimental material, monitoring the trial/activities, data compilation and documentation. At present 120 scientists from 30 funded centers and 174 scientists from 123 non-funded co-operating centers are carrying out the planned activities. In addition to this, as a key component of national steering Committee, the DWR plays a crucial role in formulating strategies to ensure sustainable improvement in the productivity of Rice-Wheat System. Adoption of molecular approach to complement conventional wheat improvement programme is one of the recent initiatives taken up by DWR through a research network project. Research capabilities and facilities are being strengthened through various network projects to enhance output of competent research centers under AICW & BIP.

1. The age should be maximum 35 years for men and 40 years for women for SRF candidates and 40 years for men and 45 years for women for RAs (relaxation in age as per Govt. Norms).

3. Number position is tentative and there are possible of increase or decrease. 4. A panel of selected candidate will also be made which may be utilized for filing of positions of shorter
durations in figure if demand arise. 5. No objection certificate from the employer shall be produced in case the candidate is employed
elsewhere. 6. Experience certificate in original, if any. 7. The above position is purely on temporary basis and is co terminus with the project. 8. The continuation of the Research Fellow will depend upon the progress revised every six month No TA,
