Technical issue management: showstopper, critical issues escalation and follow-up till end of life. Act as interface between customers (operators, retailers & MU) and Product Business Group (PBG). Test, configure, coordinate and approve PBG portfolio of products delivered in an optimal way into hands of
customers. Establish solid relationship with Telecommunication Regulatory Authorities (TRA), handle Local Type Approvals,
and update TRA portal with approval. Define Product Acceptance plan in cooperation with operator technical interface. Coordinate Operator Acceptance (OA) samples. Review and sanity check Operator Acceptance schedules.
