Spa FacilitiesOur spa features full ladies and gentleman’s lounges complete with locker area, plush robes, comfortable slippers, rainfall showers, Jacuzzi, eucalyptus steam room, experiential shower and tea lounge. Use of the facilities is complimentary with any scheduled treatment. A day pass for those not receiving treatment is available upon request for a nominal fee.

Valet ParkingSpa guests not staying on the hotel property receive complimentary valet parking on the day of their service. Please advise reservations at the time of booking.

Arrival PolicyWe kindly request that you check in a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of your first scheduled treatment. Our treatments begin promptly as scheduled. Where possible, we will accommodate late arrivals. However, if we are unable to accommodate a late arrival, your treatment time may be shortened at the full service price.

Cancellation PolicyIf you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide 6 hours notice to avoid incurring the full therapy charge or voiding gift certificates.
