Some results…1. Everyone remembered each other

maybe not as Andres but as Kung-Fu Panda…

2. The were randomly changing groups rather than creating 2-3 fixed sub-groups

3. The less social participants, where approached by the other member with the “excuse” of first nights happening…

Why was this a success?1. Easy first-line : )

2. Feel-free to express (it is not you that is “getting embarrassed” but your role)

1. “Discrimination” of no/bad costumes

2. Costume as a “protection wall” –hide behind the “persona”

3. Keeping the “role” after the end of the party

1. Easy- wide costume theme 2. Have some

accessories/body or face paints for the not-prepared

3. Ask them to choose wisely costume: Role=Name/Characteristic

4. Modify the ice-breakers
