Senior Resource Advisor, US Army Armor Center, Fort Knox, KY 2009 - 2010
Directed training, and site operations of an Institutional Management - Professional Development Course; supervised a staff of 47 Government Personnel, and Contractors, in support of 84 students course load. Supporting a fast paced - multifaceted training environment applying strategic planning involving; staff operations, administrative, operational, mechanical, and logistical functions. Managed the safe utilization, maintenance, and accountability of $85 million in equipment with a comprehensive accountability program
Recognized as the best First Sergeant out of five, in the organization, by the units Senior Commander Managed the complete restructuring of the organization and embraced the change allowing the
organization to execute all tasks associated with the development of a new Department of the Army career progression plan.
Improved overall efficiency and readiness of the organization by developing and implementing tools and systems to better track annual training and certification requirements of instructors. Reduced number of personnel not meeting specialized performance standards due to personal and professional reasons by more to 70%.

As the Senior Advisor to the Commander and Instructor for a ROTC Unit with over 350 Cadets and 36 Cadre/Staff from 4 Colleges, supervised and trained Cadets on all pre-commissioning criteria, with emphasis on; land navigation, small unit tactics, marksmanship and basic Soldier skills. Managed adherence to; the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), reports, and changes to the Program of Instruction (POI) within established deadlines. Monitored and developed initiatives in the area of cadet and cadre training, leadership development, administration, logistics and marketing and advised the Battalion Commander and cadets in leadership positions. Increased enrollment from 52 to 106 Cadets at Utah Valley University in one year. Commended by the Commanding General for exceptional training, mentoring and evaluation of 230

Selected over 25 other Sergeant First Classes and 5 Master Sergeant to fill the Senior Operations Manager position in a combat zone. Commended by the Commander for improving all aspects of the organizations planning for current and future operations.

Station Commander / Recruiter, US Army, Port Orchard, WA 2000 - 2003
Determined the eligibility and qualifications of applicants and processed the majority of contracts involving security clearance applications and submission of background checks.
