Launch SimDataStudio

This short guide shows how to run WAG simulation using Nexus. It is assumed you already have Nexus model built and WAG process needs to be applied.

Go to EXEC data Tab, choose Well Constraints → Well Type

Double click on well. Select Well Type window will appear

Choose Water alternating gas and spesify WAG control procedure and parameters

Go to Constraint Maximum Rate

Double click on well. Select Well Rate Constraint for water and gas injection

Click to generate Nexus files

Check _surface.dat file to see WAG description

Click Nexus Job to set the job and Start to run the model

Check results using SimResults
