Harris Interactive: 消費者の68%がモバイルを使った買い物の経験がある一方、その3分の2が支払プラットフォームの問題で購入中止

デバイスによらない支払プラットフォームが必要：モバイル以外で決済ができない国もある

特定の支払ソリューションが定着する可能性は低い：POS端末業者、銀行、カード会社、与信業者、モバイル・オペレーター、新しいソリューションを持つスタートアップ、小売店、コンテンツ・クリエーター、放送業界、出版社、政府機関を含むエコシステム

様々な支払ソリューション、クーポン、プリペイドカードなどを想定する必要がある

Payment開発者の負担を軽減し、ユーザーが自由に支払方法を選択

できるようにするため、支払要求（リクエスト）と支払供給（プロバイダ）を独立させ、信用保証されたヴァーチャル・ウォレットを用意する必要がある

W3Cが“Lean Design”ワークショップをフィンランド、アイ
