A small seed carries the entire tree within !

A story of a boy who loves nature, trees, plants…..

One day he brought a seed and planted in his garden,took care, provided water, sunshine everything…..

The boy was small and impatient as he observed nothing is coming out of the soil

He started losing interest and then reduced taking care of it….

The life force inside the seed died…….

No tree grown….

The boy got disappointed even more…

The boy was unaware about the growth inside the seed…..

The life force which turns seed into a huge tree….

Because……

The seed was growing…though it was an inner growth…

Somewhat hidden……

But definitely with an ability to grow as tree….

What required was consistent nurturing environment….

Remember……

People around us are like seeds which carry a force and capability to grow and come out as a wonderful plant.

But what is needed is proper nurturing, caring environment....

• Please schedule a meeting of your colleagues and share with them the knowledge of enormous potential within each one of us.

• Let them know their strengths even if they have exhibited the same once in a while and encourage them to express themselves.

• Try to become that force with which an individual

could grow and would reach heights…….

So today…..

Everybody is unique with his/ her qualities…..

• Try to discover relatively less touched aspects of one’s personality…

• Like somebody may have very good aptitude for language…

• Somebody might have strong intuitive power….• Or somebody might be good in understanding human

psyche….• See who possesses what and how far you can help that

individual to develop that quality within your working area

• Unleash those qualities and try to make the colleagues aware of their qualities and assign work which would help them to grow further…

Institutionalize

• Some simple mechanisms, provisions and opportunities within your division for

harnessing the hidden potential of team members to a larger extent than its present level of utilization and watch the wonder that happens.
