• January 21st - PPS Selects Vendor/Developer.

• January 28th – Facility Lease Contracts Approval by School Committee.

• February 25th - Facility Lease Contracts - Signed.

• February thru May, 2011– PV Solar Arrays Installed & Commercial Operation.

• Local building permits awarded & Interconnection Agreement signed.

• Financial closing, PPA and Leases signed, start of construction.

• Mechanical/Electrical construction completed – commercial operations start.
