The atmosphere of individualistic pettypursuits and glorification of petty successes and failures seem to have stupefied us!

We are either indulging in pettygratifications; or involved in grumbling and complaining hysterically; rather than growing and evolving in our perspective, policies and actions. Can NAMASMARAN rectify us?

Can the so called spiritualemancipation or liberation be reflected in our material surroundings?

Or is the stress management equivalent to slumber under the guise of meditation, dancing under the illusion of devotion and mercenary transactions with the greed and/or promises of petty achievements?

We have to ask ourselves, “What is stress management?”
